My first visit to Firestone was okay. I decided to get two new tires, even though I only needed one. No one mentioned to me about buying a warranty for the tires and to be honest, there where signs all over that the tires come with a warranty. I didnt realize that the warranty was only if there is a defect in tire. So, this morning I realize that one of my NEW tires was flat, I called over to Firestone. That is when I was informed that I might have to BUY a NEW TIRE because I didnt pay for the warranty. Now, I understand that my tire may be defected and I will not have to pay for another tire, but in order to found out, I have to towed my car to Firestone, so they can inspect my tire. If my tire is not defected, I have to purchase a new tire. Now, the messed up thing is, I will be stranded at Firestone, so I will have to buy one of their tires. This does not make me happy and why I am writing this review. I feel like its a scram. I will never go to them again.

Dont come here if you want a quick and cheap fix because they will always up sell you. They always say I need a new tire because of safety issues but its always exaggerated . Dont get me wrong the crew is nice and helpful and firestone tires are amazing! Ive used the same all terrain tires on my truck for like 7 years. The negative review is because they always suggest new everything and i always have to drop it off because it takes a few hours for them to even change a tire. Quit up selling us when it isnt necessary and hire more staff if it takes to long to get service.

I am usually skeptical about going to outside auto places but hands down this was the best experience ever. I was from out of town at the time and they made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable working with them. The manager Cesar offered great customer service along with the other workers. I let them know I was going to drive cross country the next day and they made sure I was set to go. Do not go to any other Firestone but this one Trust and believe they will treat you like family!

07/01/13 Went in again today. I got a call from one of the reps, advertising the 4th of July Sale. I was already in the market for tires, so this definitely caught my attention, and the sale Really helped. Thanks for the call! and thank you for the surprise $50 Off when i went in to pay. I typically do all my repairs and maintenance myself, but Im glad to know we have some helpful people in town. 06/03/13 Straight forward, typical pitstop. No issues.

They could not help me in any way. You must be looking to purchase only new tires. Their policy states that they can no longer supply used tires do to the facts that they cannot ensure the safety of the vehicle. Understandable, but yet most of the population of people eventually need to purchased used at some point just to get back on the road for the meantime until we can afford something new.

I saw black manager sucker punch a white customer here one time. ..him and I were both waiting for oil change when the other guy complained to manager that it was talking too long.. apx 45 min had passed when he got in managers face but not touched him, then he got punched hard to the ground.. police and paramedics were called...

Employees are nice and helpful. After I left I noticed they had mistakenly failed to apply my discount but immediately fixed the issue. I got tires, an alignment and oil change and am very satisfied with the service. The shop gets busy so it may take a while

Poor service too slow, I paid for balancing and alignment I wait for 3 hours and they dont due. I was in Honda service 1 week after and my car need alignment and balance.!
