I used to take my leased car to the dealership for regular maintenance and they were charging me too much for just regular stuff like an oil change. My brother recommended this auto center to me. He told me that the guys at this shop are very professional and their prices are pretty reasonable as well. First I was so hesitant about taking my car to this shop but after the first visit, I loved the way they treat their customers and take care of their problems to an extent that I cant think of taking my car to another place for maintenance. The good thing is that they also charge much less than the dealership that I used to take my car there, providing even better customer service. Another plus with this shop is that they have detailing service in there also and you dont have to take your car to a different place for that which makes it much more convenient for the customer. If you want to save a big chunk of money on you car maintenance, and get a superior customer service in the meantime, 26th Street Auto Center is your best bet. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is tired of paying lots of money for car maintenance.

Ive been going here ever since I moved to the area a few years back and since then Ive recommended the place to more than a few friends. Robert, Richard, Jacqueline and their crew are awesome. Always courteous, thorough and professional. They consult you on your choices as if you were a close friend, and based on the condition of your car, tell you which items need immediate attention and which ones can wait til your next paycheck. Then they keep track of those items for you, and even recommend when to do a few things together to save money. Unlike any other mechanic Ive ever been to, the folks here always seem happy, grounded and genuinely friendly. Its like a little island of sanity in la la land. They train their mechanics thoroughly and regularly (certificates line the walls) so everyone is up to date and always improving their knowledge. They work on a lot of high end cars and handle my 2001 Jeep with the same care as all the imports. Get there early if you can (8:30am is best) these guys get busy in the afternoon. While youre waiting, grab a snack at Kay and Daves across the street.

I was in SoCal on vacation and decided to get my car detailed. I had never gotten one before so I didnt know what all the expect. I have kept my car pretty neat and it had only one scrape on the front bumper with paint residue. Clemente and his team did a wonderful job. My car sparkled!!! And the paint transfer was gone so the scrape is now barely noticeable! The interior was spotless! (I had a minor panic when I couldnt find all the little stuff I left in cup holders, etc. It was in the trunk.) The windows were so crystal clear I was mesmerized. I highly recommend 26th Street Auto. The next time I come to LA I will definitely stop by again! :)

Ive known Rob and his amazing team for years. All of my siblings and closest friends have also used his shop for things as minor as an oil change to as important as a full-out inspection. Before I moved back to NY, the only person I trusted to give my car a full look over and tune up was Rob. I made it 3,000 miles safely (in an otherwise old/quirky car) and I know thats largely due to the care and attention Rob paid to it. Hes personable, cares about his customers and always tries to be as fair as possible with price. This is the only shop Ill go to in LA (Yes, I drove back across the country in that same car!).

Found this place on google. Called on a Sunday usually requires prior apps, and was able to go in for a detail probably because it was raining. Decided to do the interior detail only. They did a good job. Plus it was super convenient as the Whole Foods and Petes are 1/2 a block away and i was able to get groceries, pick up lunch and coffee while waiting I never went to their lounge. It started pouring when the car was done 1.5 hours later, so they delivered the car to me. Afterwards, I also discovered they have great offers on their Facebook fan page. Great service. Ill definitely be back!

I had gotten into a car accident which was my fault and not large enough to go through an insurance agency, so I went to these guys fro repair. A friend of mine had recommended them. My front bumper was slightly damaged and needed painting from me bumping into someone. They did an excellent job repairing it and you would not be able to tell the whole bumper was fixed and painted afterwards. I was amazed how exact the paint color is to the original. Great job guys.

I have had my cars serviced here for the last few years and have always felt like a VIP. This is now the only place I take my cars for anything it needs. They have mechanics that go to factory training for many of the high car brands. I bring my BMW and my wifes Land Rover. They also have an Amazing car detail area on the lot. The best detail our cars have ever gotten, looked better then new. Check them out you wont regret that you did.

I took my car here for an emergency engine service, during a family road trip on 12/28/16. The technicians did not know much about cylinders. They tried multiple repairs. The immediate issue was resolved but then three service sensors lights triggered and they did not know why. I then took my car to another shop who told me that those sensors were triggered by the last repair done at 26th Street Auto.
