I really do not recommend this store. Came here on a Sunday. Dealt with Tony who told me that my tire was not on my road hazard warranty. I discovered this to be false. The Firestone store in Newhall, where I had my tires originally put on, assured me that I would be covered to go to any Firestone store for repair or replacement and that I waould be covered under the road hazard warranty that I still have. Im very disappointed and frustrated about the lack of concern and service.

Went there to replace my alternator and when received car back, I felt something off with my alignments. They werent aligned correctly and my car kept swerving. And before i knew it, boom my alignment to my left wheel went loose and I spun around into the wall on the freeway. Im glad Im alive but Just a warning to everyone ! Be aware of this place! They did the job fine but ruined my car.

FIRESTONE IS HONEST. Several times they quoted a little high and when I went to pay, they said it would be less bc it wasnt as damaged as they thought. Levon is my buddy and my hero. I try to wait until hes available. They are very friendly and helpful, a rare commodity these days.

Great car tires replacement place. Hard working They replaced brakes for us and couple of months later during maintenance check they fond another problem with brakes. They fixed brakes again for free on warranty. Would highly recommend this station for good quality workmanship.
