Upper management refuses to relocate the bike rack to the front of the building where bikes will be visible to staff. MULTIPLE bikes have been stolen. It is about an hours work with hammer drill and expansion screws. You would think they would want their members to cycle to the gym instead of driving. People are afraid to ride to the gym now because of all the thefts. The security personnel are not a deterrent.

LifeStyle is a great fitness club with tons of equipment, basketball courts, lap pools and more. My wife love it for the classes and I love that I never have to wait for the equipment I want to use. The staff is wonderful and after working out there for the past 6 years we consider them our friends .

The two pools were not too crowded, on the sun deck and by the pool it felt like being in a resort on vacation. The indoor upstairs gym is very modern with so many different types of workout machines. The place has good air conditioning and lots of locker space.

This exercise place offers a TON of free classes and their monthly rate is cheaper than most.
