This company came in and saved the day! We had a last minute change in our moving date and they worked with us to accommodate The last minute request! The office staff was super helpful! On the day of the move from LA to San Diego, Jesus and his guys showed up on time and got straight to work! They moved quickly but efficiently and handled our items with care! Our items were packed in the truck and ready to leave in less than 2 hours. When they arrived at the new house they took care to lay down protective mats and they moved just as effeciently moving our items in and reassembling various pieces of furniture. Huge thank you to Jesus and his team from Prodigy for making this move a smooth experience! Highly recommend!

Prodigy was so great the first time I used them (3 years ago), I called this time, too. As with the previous service, this move was no exception. The driver called a week prior to confirm. They arrived within the window they said. Having the 4 movers was the best. Everything went quickly and smoothly and for my small move (heavy furniture only), it filled only the three hour minimum. I really appreciate the willingness to do a small, local, move such as mine was. Beyond that, the person at the call center was helpful and pleasant. I hate to move, but thanks to Prodigy, it was a stress-free move.

My move from the Bay Area to Los Angeles was quick, easy and affordable! I worked with Abby from the beginning and she was so friendly and helpful, really accommodated my last minute move. Gabriel and Edwin were the foremen for my move and they were efficient, careful and professional. I was surprised how quick my delivery to my new apartment was too. This is the second time Ive had Prodigy do my move and after a very good first experience, my second one was even better! Shelly was amazing and super helpful in answering all of my questions and booking the appointment. Hector and the boys absolutely crushed it within 3 hours, which was impressive given the amount of stuff that needed to be moved. They were professional, fast, and very thorough with the wrappings. Everything got over to the new place safe and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is my third time using Prodigy Movers. They are always on time and I like that they follow up multiple times about scheduled service. It shows me that they care about their clients and making sure communication is clear. The movers themselves are always friendly and efficient. They are thorough and fast. It was 95 degrees out and when they needed a 30 minute break for water and rest they made sure to inform me exactly when the clock started again for my move. I cant recommend them enough.

The two guys Arturo and Marcos came on time, wrapped, padded, and packaged everything thoroughly & moved everything from the truck into my new place in short order. They made it all look easy even though it was some big stuff so I know it couldnt have been. And they really did jog between trips! I seriously just thought that was part of the slogan, I didnt expect them to actually do it! Great guys who did excellent work. Completely happy & would absolutely use them again.

I have used Prodigy several times for my office, production studio and my home over many years. They are always responsive with great crews. I email the details of my move to Veronica (in Sales) and she responds quickly and when they cant make my schedule, she gives me options. They stand behind their work and really care about your satisfaction. This last time I used Ezequiel and his crew and they did a great job. Martin is at the top of my list though, hes excellent.

Fast, efficient and incredibly professional,Carlos and his team did an amazing job. There were no hidden fees, all my stuff was in perfect condition and the overall move turned out to be super affordable . Shelly was also really amazing about explaining the costs and process upfront and the discount coupon from yelp. Super happy with prodigy ! We had a great experience moving across town with Prodigy from their Chatsworth location. The estimator, Iliya was super-helpful. They beat the competition on price and he was very accommodating when we wanted to change our date at the last minute. The foreman, Ivan, was fast and efficient. His crew packed all the stuff we didnt get to and handled our fragile items with care. I would definitely use them again!

This company was pretty great! Abby contacted me about 5 minutes after I requested a quote and setting up the move was easy. Ezekiel and his team arrived within the scheduled window and hustled. They wasted no time driving from Redondo Beach to West Hollywood and hustled again on the offload. Prodigy was recommended to me by a friend who had recently used them and Im glad that I went with them as well.

This company is great! My two movers Servin, Gillermo and Marcos were hard working and fast -- they loaded/unloaded without break and I had more than enough stuff for one person. They were careful with my belongings and billing was simple and honest -- no extra charges that I wasnt explained to and made aware of before the move started. Definitely recommend them!

Called for a quote and I got a sarcastic and very unprofessional comment made by the man who answered the phone. Maybe he should learn how to treat his prospective customers by talking to them in a courteous manner. I didnt use their business but if they move like they provide a quote....I am glad I didnt use them!! Suggestion, improve your customer service.
