This company is anything but Elite. For the record I give this place zero stars. Our initial quote to move from California to Illinois was $1375. We added our mattress and a few other items and the quote I was given the day before was move was $1770. They came the next morning and once they put our stuff on the truck told me that it would be $3000....this was after I was told multiple times that the price couldnt not exceed the contract. They charged us $300 because my apartment was at the end of the hallway. Seriously? We had no choice but to pay this amount because we had already given our apartment notice. They give you a cheap quote and then jack the price once they have your stuff on their truck. I was told that it would take about 7 days to get our stuff. I sent several emails and NO ONE responded so I started calling multiple times a day. Half the time no one answered the phone. And if I did get to actually speak to someone all I was told was "I dont know"...."I dont know". No one had an answer for when our stuff was going to get here. One girl said to me that she didnt know where the driver was and he wasnt answering his phone. I was told that they have several peoples items on the truck and they didnt know when we would be receiving our stuff. FINALLY we were given the drivers number. I spoke to him and 20 days after they picked our stuff up it STILL HADNT LEFT CALIFORNIA YET. FYI this was after the people that this "business" told me that it was on the way. We were told on several occasions that a manager would call us. That never happened. Every time I talked to these worthless people they would say "Can we take down your number and call you?" We NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK. ALSO you are suppose to receive a FORTY EIGHT hour notice. The driver called me on Sunday at 3pm telling me he would be here Monday morning at 8am. I was also NEVER told that we had to present the final balance with a POSTAL money order. I wish I had read the reviews on this terrible company before I had hired them to move my stuff. All they do is scam people out of their money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do research on these people before hiring them for a job. I wouldnt trust them to move a lawn chair. The company is EXTREMELY DISHONEST.

Well, It did happen to me as well BEA S. They damaged my stuff, mainly were boxes that in the end were all smashed, luckily for me nothing was damaged inside because the way I wrapped my stuff, unfortunately I can not say the same for my Ultra Firm Orthopedic Mattress which cost me $1000, It seemed that they folded and Now is useless, It has lumps all over in the back and it is not longer Ultra firm, also I got a Shoe Rack and a Laundry basket broken, plus my small dresser damaged as well, Today they sent me the claim form and for the third time I have sent all the pictures from the stuff that got damaged and the form today, At first, when I called and complain with Donna, she replied to me very rude and questioned me if I was telling the truth or not since nothing inside the boxes were damaged, so the rest it should not, I know They are taking me for granted, and all the I want is a new Mattress since this one is 2 months old and I have the receipt, if they do not take my complain seriously NOT ONLY I will file a complain to the BBB, but also to: CPUC Complaint Intake Unit - Transportation Enforcement Section Consumer Protection and Safety Division 505 Van Ness Avenue San Francisco, CA 94102-3298 I hate to waste my time with NO responsible Company who takes you for Granted, but not to me, If I have to loose $1000 for my Mattress they will loose their credibility and business, I will do anything for they to take accountability of their actions. THIS IS NOT FAIR AND/OR RESPECTFUL!!!

We were moving on a tight schedule, and the original movers failed, causing us a 1 day delay. I called and spoke with Donna, and told her our predicament and the timeline we were dealing with. She said shed call back, and she actually did! She said they had a crew available the next day. The foreman, Avi, arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, professional and immediately recognized the gravity of our situation. He did a walk through and when the moving crew arrived gave them directions that were followed to a T. When the moving crew arrived, they each introduced themselves then jumped into action! They were like a well oiled machine. They never stopped moving and packing, and repacked items that needed to be repacked. Luis was lead man and he was polite, charming, knowledgeable and professional. They did everything!! They packed, with care, our antique furniture, and even offered to separate our items for easy removal when we have our things delivered. Elite Moving and Storage came through, with our ABSOLUTE confidence and trust. For all the hard work Avi and his crew did, we found their pricing to be extremely reasonable and absolutely doable. I highly recommend them. A great company, a great crew and great office support staff. Thank you, all.

WORST!!! Elite Moving & Storage is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are extremely unethical, I cannot state this enough. I do not understand how they can still be in business. I wish I had the time to look at their reviews before hiring them, unfortunately I was in a time crunch last minute situation and they were the only company available after a dozen calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are like me and find yourself in a situation where you have no choice due to time restraints and lack of availability of other reputable moving companies, then know that there will be many hidden costs, tricks, double talk, and the final price will be double the original quote. They only deal with cash ( interesting). You will not know the true cost until your items are locked in their truck. Thats not the end, be prepared for more hidden costs upon delivery before your items are removed at final destination.

This is the worst moving company as we used them to move our furnitures from California to Florida. Very dishonest company. Delivered our very expensive furnitures one months late after I kept pushing them. Furnitures were damaged. They took the claim and never do anything. I called them, they never wanted to answer my phone calls. Until I had my friend to call them as a new customer, they answer the phone right away. They tried to not to pay me even they said the insurance company paid them already. They threatened me to sign their Release Letter to promise not to tell any social media about what they did, then they will pay me. I would not agree to it. They finally had to pay me a little bit money what they said that the insurance company paid them. Dont use this company as your moving company. They are awful about the delivery time! They are terrible to deal with once you have any claims about your furnitures.

We used Elite moving to move our home from Burbank last week. I saw them on Google and moving reviews site they had good reviews so i called them and got all the information i needed for our move Talk it over with the hubby he really wanted someone to come out to our home so we can have fixed price. I called several moving companies but Elite ware the only company thag was willing to send representative to our home. Val came out gave us all the information answer the questions we had and quoted fix price to have it all done. We had all packing done but we did needed halp with artwork mirrors and one chandelier That was all included in the quote On the move day the crew was all prepered with the tools big ladder for the chandelier. The crew was very professional careful and at the end they charged us the fixed price that was quoted by Val We are very happy with our choice to use Elite
