I took my car in for an alignment, I called and was told they would be able to get me in that day. I took my car and had to leave it overnight. The next day I was told that my hub axles needed to be replaced which I already assumed were bad. On the phone I was quoted $89.99 per axle which was the same price as my alignment so I said ok. When I picked up my car I was charged $1200.00. When asked why so high the brunette at the front desk said the hub axles were$350.00 each....But they gave me a $50.00 discount. I argued the situation but needed my car. After all it was her word against mine from the price she quoted me over the phone. When I got home I noticed my front tires were sticking out way further than my rear, and steering wheel was still cocked sideways even though I just had an alignment. I took my car back the next day and waited for 6 hours in their shop. They were doing the alignment wrong and I had to tell them they needed to adjust the camber/caster and they said it doesnt show on their computer. I reminded them that I told them the day before they were after market struts so they can be adjusted. Worst shop ever. Some of the mechanics are good and friendly but that wont cut it. The brunette whom I assume is the manager is a liar and a thief, she lied about the price of the parts and I will never take my car here for service ever. I have already told everyone I know. I also had to tell them to secure a brake caliper with wire because it was hanging by the brake line which was going to cause someone else more money and problems. Take your car anywhere but here.

I recently took my vehicle in for a $25 oil change and tire rotation. When they put one of the tires back on they cross threaded the lug nut on the bolt and ruined it. Instead of fixing their mistake the tried telling me it could cost up to $500 to fix because they might have to replace the wheel bearing while fixing the bolt (and I was paying for every aspect of the repair). They were not willing to take any portion of responsibility for the problem. The manager insisted that there is no possible way that one of their technicians could have created the problem. Well I am a foreman on a construction crew I understand that sometimes your employees dont do exactly what they are supposed to every time. No group of employees are infallible. In conclusion after several useless phone calls to the manager or whoever picked up the phone I realized that they were unwilling to budge on there zero responsibility work ethic. I ended up taking the vehicle to Les Schwab and I happily did business with them. Moral of the story is the $25 oil change coupon ends up costing you money when they try to squeeze more money out of you during the visit. Take your vehicle to somewhere that cost a little more upfront but has actual morals.

I have always had a positive experience with Midas, but after the last visit, we wont be going back. Bottom line, they knew I would be waiting for my car to be fixed, they knew that I had 2 babies with me, and they knew that I came from out of town. They quoted me one and a half hours to possibly two hours, it ended up taking almost five hours and they did nothing to ease my comfort or that of my children. Mind you this was a second time in a week that I was there and most of the work was supposed to have been done the first time. (this is the short of it, there is no way I could tell the who story in this review.)

I went to a place in woodland which is a 45 min drive for me and they failed me twice! I finally decided to give this place a try, and boy was i amazed!! Amazing customer service, they didnt let me leave with my mom van till it was completely secured for my mom to drive! They went above and beyond there regular time to make sure, my mom van was ready by the end of the day!! Right before i left they checked it one last time and noticed something wasnt quite right, and they went to go get that part free of charge! I would recommend this place no matter what!!! Thank you for keeping my family safe!!@!

Service was ok and the guys are super nice. They were wayyy backed up and there isnt nearly enough parking at the location. I have to say I wouldnt recommend it because of the price though. Its insane that I paid 160 for labor and 120 for parts, for just a break pad change. I got ripped off for sure... Specially since as a mechanic myself, I know that there isnt much work that goes into that. I wont be sending friends this way, its just too much money for such a long wait and the inconveniences involved

I have worked done on my car and given this company referrals. They are high priced $ 98 hr. but they try to get you in and out that same day. Or try to figure out how they can help you. I would recommend bring your own parts and having them put them on. But I love the fact they get to the point of the problem and take care of you even if they do a diagnosis and something comes wrong the next day or the day after. They help the best way they know how.

Midas has terrible service, i went once to install a muffler and the exhaust pipes ended up hitting my bumper, so i went back to get it fixed and they did, but only now they made a pipe before the muffler hit the body of my truck. i went home snd noticed so i called and told them to fix it and they tried blaming me for installing the muffler after they said they could do it. i would not recommend midas to anyone.

You should be warned that you cannnot publish your comment until you give a star rating. The only complaint I have was the attendant went out to check the mileage and still listed it wrong on the invoice and on the sticker on my windshield.--do not believe he even checked it. I called them and said I was manually changing it from 17000 to the correct 15650 on both the invoice and the windshielsd sticker.

I recently purchased a new car (25k miles so far), and I have taken it to Midas for every oil change/maintenance check up. Every time I take my car in, I am treated with superb customer service. The staff is always polite, and knowledgeable. The manager, John, is a straight up guy, and works with you every step of the way. Give this place a shot, its worth it!

I would take your business somewhere else. This place is super busy and made it clear they didnt really want to help me. They wasted my time, didnt fix my problem, and when I tried to get it worked out with one of the women there she was super rude. I will not be doing business here in the future.

The people are nice but I have taken my car there four times in one year for the same exact reason, everytime it was something different and I continued to fix it. Now on my fifth visit same problem they are saying its something else again. $300 more. After the $800 they charged from before.
