Mr. G & Nina are my car saviors! After another shop in El Cerrito (which has excellent Yelp reviews, btw) totally cheated me, I came here & now I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are fast & honest & will refer you to other shops if they dont have the time to see you that day. Ive come in for oil changes on 2 different cars, tire rotations, spin & balance, and a faulty back door latch. One more thing: They even helped an older local resident figure out her car payments one time I was here. Ive seen a lot of folks come in whove been coming here for years. Totally trustworthy & affordable.

Im new in the Oakland area and I was very pleased with the customer service and how helpful they were at Tire Pros in Oakland when I was shopping for tires. I purchased my two front tires and got the insurance for each tire. After 5 months I got a flat tired (was not repairable) and they replaced it with a new tire hassle free. Good thing I got that insurance....so worth it. They are nice, polite and respectful.

Mr G listened to me, and even though he was busy he is an excellent manager. He keeps the work moving to help the customers get in and out. I only had to wait five minutes for my car to be put in the bay so it could be worked on and this was a Saturday morning. Thanks Oakland Tire Pros!!
