Ive been going to this place for years. The previous manager (I was just informed he isnt at this location anymore) was very helpful in the past, but I just found out that he wasnt suggesting an important check. Being that Im not an expert in the tire field, I take what is suggested by the staff and follow them. Tire rotation every 5k miles? Check. I just brought my car to a different location for the 5k rotation and was told that they couldnt do it because the inner tires (3) are bare due to the fact that Ive never gotten an alignment. What? I do everything I can to maximize the life of my tires. This is why I show up every 5k miles. I was informed that it is supposed to be done when the tires are installed and every 6-12 months thereafter (depending on how much you drive). It was never suggested and it was never done on the install according to the computer. I now have to purchase new tires minus the warranty discount because they were only halfway through their life. I called Marina and no one could explain why it was never done and never suggested. Nor did they offer a resolution to the fact Im having to replace my tires due to this oversight. I suggest you ask them to check the alignment every time you are there since it is free for them to check. Dont learn the hard way like me. Other than the costly mistake, Ive been happy with the company overall.

The worst experience ever!!! I took my 2008 Suzuki XL7 for a simple diagnostic test which is a service they offer and they fry my entire computer system! I took my car in for something that should have taken an hour and had to wait for 2 1/2 weeks to get it back because they had to tow it to the Suzuki dealership because they couldnt fix it. How do you take a running car into the shop and a few hours later hear that your car is completely dead??? Absolutely ridiculous! The worst part is that they never once apologized for frying my computer or even taking so long to fix it! I just got my car back last week and Im back to square one because the engine light is back on and they didnt even get a chance to run the diagnostic test, so Im out two weeks still with a car that has the same problem it did two weeks ago. WASTE OF TIME and HORRIBLE customer service!!! Stick to tire services only!

Set up appointment to get tires rotated and balanced. Went in and was told by manager that car will be done by end of day. When I asked about my appointment time he stated that an appointment only guaranteed that they would work on car on that day. I was outraged. I will never purchase from this place again.

Thank the heavens im not dead the oil pap was left unscrewed on my car, i didnt realize that it was off until i had stop to get some food. The oil was leaking from the jood of the car on the passanger side.

They have name called wheel works ! Just a name slow service and after fixing an appointment 4 they started working on my car from 5 and they take long Time finally I m not satisfied with their service .
