VERY UPROFESSIONAL AND VIOLENT DEMEANOR FROM THE OWNER! not the supervisor, not the manager, THE DAMN OWNER IS A VIOLENT INDIAN MALE shouting and insulting on the top of his lungs. the employees all act deaf if you ask a question - they look the other way, then a combative, argumentative, furious indian male calling himself the owner puts his indian food box down (which smells like dead dog feces all the way down the block it stinks so bad) screams at you acting like he will hit you to attack you with a muffler "what do you want?! why are you here?? i dont understand any of your questions? what do you mean you are looking for mechanic? what do you mean you are looking for oil change?! i dont understand your question!! what do you mean you have car questions do i look like i can answer your questions ?!!" well, considering your name tag says oh...OIL CHANGE TRANSMISSION, i dont understand how a brain damaged rude as hell violent psycho has time to eat a stench indian curry box in between all the business that just fled at your attack! but wait....he did say "he no understand no questions ..so....what?!" btw: the "positive" reviews" below are HIS DAMN EMPLOYEES. uh....hes paying them to write fake "positive" reviews. go there if you dont believe it, these fake reviews written by these bozos that WORK THERE - OBVIOUSLY DELUDING YOU, ON PURPOSE.

I recently moved back to Hayward and needed a place I could trust to not overcharge and this Midas location has been great! Unfortunately I have had to get a few things done over the last few months and each time the employees and the owner have been very helpful and professional. Ive seen the comments from a previous customer so I want to be clear that I am not a Midas employee nor do I have any affiliation other than a customer...everyone has their own experience, his was negative, my several visits have been positive. This same owner "Jason" went out of his way to help me find a part I needed online and has literally saved me hundreds of dollars since I now do not have to go through the dealership...he did not need to take that time with me but did....so thank you!

We moved to Hayward in June 15 and needles place to get an oil change. This is down the street from our house so we decided to give it a shot. Wasnt expecting much but the people who work there were friendly and didnt try to pressure us into any unnecessary repairs or purchases. In fact, they did some extra little things for no extra cost! In addition to this, they always have coupons available on their website and Ive used one each time Ive taken a vehicle there (we own 3).

There working staff are honest and tells you the truth when it comes to repairs on your vehicle. And what needs to be repaired on my vehicle. And the repairs to my car are very affordable..
