First off let me say that this is my second oil change at a jiffy lube on my brand new jeep patriot . The first one i got in red bluff ca with great customer service and no problems what so ever. Which led me to think that they must all carry the same values . The service here is blah . Starting with the hispanic looking chic that speaks monotone . She doesnt drive stick shift either so she couldnt pull my car up . I thought everything was okay typical vacuuming and lazy window washing which made all the windows really streaky again done by the girl .fast forward to the next day when go outside to drive my car theres a bunch of oil in my parking spot . Thought it may just be run off and went on with my day. Get home then the next day i go to drive my car to work and a bunch more oil was leaking out!!! When i called they told me that happens sometimes and to bring it in. So im here waiting now . No apologies or anything just ok well fix it. Never am i coming back to this jiffy lube where they make a habit of wasting your money oil and valuable time .The costumer service here sucks. Dont waste your time or money here. I should have just gone to my dealer to get the oil change .

I needed a.rideshare vehicle inspection. It was the most convenient location. I arrived and was told they dont do that service when they have partnered with Uber to do so. I was told my form was wrong anyways the same form I downliadex from UBERs website. They dont even stock the forms at any other jiffy lubes for that matter. Utter crap for service.

Went to get my oil changed. They checked all my tires said they were all the same pressure. Got home and my light turned on to check the air pressure. When I checked they were all different pressure. I was missing a cap on the tire and another one was switched out for a different one. Never taking my car here again.

I have to agree with the other reviewers who say the service here is horrible. They act entitled like you are interfering with their personal day rather than offering a service. It probably is worth it to drive to a different location or a different company. Too bad.

I came today for only an oil change about 5:45 pm but they refused to take my car. It looks 6 pm is not the official time they close at. I usually get oil change at jiffy lube because I like their service but I dont know what to say about today.

I love this place in fact i really like the fact they are always having a good time with their customers. there was also a handsome man their named Rue he was a lot of help and was so nice and sweet i just wanted to swallow him all up. ;)

The worst Jiffy Lube I have been to. They had three bays, but only one bay was accepting cars. I park in the parking spot and they yell at me that they were for employees only. No one was directing traffic. No manager on duty.

I like this jiffy lube. All the staff is very friendly and prompt. I have two cars that I take within the same week of eachother. Ive never had a problem. Ill be going back today for another oil change. I love these guys.

Just had to have my oil changed in my NEW car because this facility did not change my oil which caused my engine to fail. Was told this by a mechanic after I had to have my car towed back to my house. DO NOT GO HERE.

Shop was supposed to be open at 8am. I was at their doors until 8:30am and they still werent open. This speaks WORLDS to the type of service you will get at this location. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

The staff at jiffy lube were incredibly helpful and quick. The location is very clean and everyone was so friendly with myself and my son. I highly recommend this jiffy lube location and will return again.
