Carl and his team investigated a strange sound coming from my front headlight. It was hard to reproduce so it took a couple back and forths to figure out what was going on. Turns out it was related to a repair I had a few months back. I told him Id contact the place that did the repair since they guarantee their work and the part alone cost $350. When I come to pick up my car, I ask how much I owe him. He says "no charge." I bet they spent upwards of an hour diagnosing the issue, but Carl still refused my payment. Well Carl, Im not technically your customer yet, but you can be sure to see me again the next time my car needs service.

Wonderful. We have been taking our Volvos here for 30 years. The quality of service is superlative, and Carl is just such a good person. He inspected a used Volvo we were thinking of buying for free (and told us not to buy it because it had some weird electrical modification). I cannot say enough good things about this place, and how often do people love their mechanics? If you have a Saab or a Volvo and want peace of mind that you are getting really good service and from a really nice person who charges totally fairly then come here.

We take our Volvo and Saab to Nordic. Carl and his team are excellent in their professionalism and the work that they do. They are very knowledgeable. I know I can always get an honest answer on a certain repair job (rather than other mechanics that simply are looking to make your money). This is the only place I trust to do work on our Swedish cars. The prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend it.
