Tires had a weird sound when I stop abruptly so I decided to check it. Just in time to discover that i needed new tires. Drove to Costco Tire Service inSan Leandro and was surprised there were no lines. Although I was worried I wont be able to have it changed same day because it was about 3:00 pm already, and a Friday too - was sure that it would be too busy for them to accommodate my car but all I can do is ask. Lucky day, I got Mr. Sophann Pen- all the bad reviews regarding this place is not true! I got excellent service. Told Sophann I wanted Michelin tires and could he give me the price for the mid and the premier. He was very helpful - proceeded to tell me the pros and cons which helped me decide on the perfect tires for my needs. Bought 4 and had it installed same day. Sophann told me it was going to take between 2-3 hours but it was one in 1.5 hrs. Thank you Sophann! Costco still the best for price, service and overall quality of merchandise. Giving 5 stars!
