Its nice to have an office here. I was greeted right away and was able to add insurance to a new car that I just purchased. I thought the insurance rate was a little high but the sales rep didnt really take the time to explain the price breakdown for me so that I can make a plan a little cheaper. Although I walked out getting exactly what I want and added insurance to my car, I felt that the insurance was expensive and asked myself why I got a new car. Upon leaving, I saw a sign that offered a free AAA backpack for getting a quote and was surprised that I wasnt offered one for signing up for insurance. Maybe existing customers dont count? Im not going to be a brat a leave them a one star. Their staff at this location was quick and attentive, they found someone to help me even though they seemed to be busy and didnt have enough people working there.

We went there to have our baby car seat inspected (it was a free service). Andrew was the customer care rep / technician and he was beyond impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of our car seat , accident dynamics and other things we hadnt thought of. Super friendly and patient with his explanation. So glad we decided to have this professional examine our seat. Definitely worth the visit !
