I know there is not much that can be done, however it is very frustrating to be standing in that long line at the customer service counter and watch other employees floating around the building not helping. I realize that that business probably has some grand scheme and some reasoning for only having to customer service reps at a desk where most of their business occurs. Not a big deal but just put a side plenty of time to visit this place if you need help from customer service. It ended up taking us almost 45 minutes to get to international drivers license from this location.
