Second time here. Used a coupon for an oil change both times. Cost ended being as quoted, except they managed to find 3 things to upsell me on this time. One was an easy fix that I took care of myself (course they wanted to charge a huge amount for it though). Others were tires and battery. I knew my tires were bad, but wasnt about to pay for their insanely overpriced tires. I was told battery needed to be replaced, but having my doubts I took the car elsewhere to get it tested since it was till under warranty. Battery tested fine, plus car has no symptoms off a dying battery so I can only conclude Firestone was just making stuff up trying to get a sale. Pretty shady. They seem like nice guys, too bad theyre exactly like every other mechanic at these chain store places and try to upsell like crazy in order to turn a profit

Same tires i suppose to get from this store for about 600 dollars i got them for 380 at a local store on Whipple, Hayward CA. And i got this deal, life time tire rotation and wheel balance. But every-time i went there they come up with an excuse of not doing it. First on old tires, they said the tires are worn off and when i got new tires from this other shop and then they said the deal was only for the old tires. I have lifetime alignment on my Lexus. They did alignment good for first time and after that they mess it up (i guess purposely) and the tires started damaging from inside and before i know it was to late and this guys said i suppose to keep checking and keep the air right in tires. --- Totally Sucks --- I advice to look for some other shop.

I changed the oil here 3 times here 40861 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, then there just to change the oil 2 hours and not friendly, next time I changed here 5795 Mowry Ave, Newark, there too not friendly and the office is very dirty and dust, my son watched TV and Someone came and turned off the TV! If in the office like this, so I do not know how they changed the oil !!!

$37 to repair a flat if you are an Asian female. Otherwise $15. I should have gone instead of sending my wife. There are some very dishonest people you should avoid! BTW, there tire had one nail and it is not on the wall of the tire!

I went here to fix a flat tire. They said the tire had to be replaced. But they replaced a tire which isnt of right size and charged 200$. I had to change it again in a different place. Bad experience and Not recommended.

Overall a decent shop, but make sure you check the invoice and question their findings. They sometimes will try and sell you services that you dont need.
