Had a brake flush done but noticed when I got home that they charged me $20 extra to bleed the ABS. I called to say I dont have ABS and this "01 CHRISTOPER" adamantly insisted I have ABS (how weird is that?). I informed him that ABS wasnt even an option on the model and year of my vehicle (2006 Kia Rio base) but he continued to insist I had ABS and then practically hung up on me. During the whole conversation it felt like he just wanted me off the phone, he was very dismissive and tried answering questions before I asked them. I went in the next day to show him if necessary that I dont have ABS but fortunately a different and totally nice super awesome guy was there. I think maybe his name is Edward. He checked out my car immediately and gave me my refund. It seems my problem was just with CHRISTOPHER (he was also abrupt and condescending during the transaction) but the negative experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere next time. I had an alignment done at the same time and this guy Christopher handed me back my alignment sheet with a ton of red all over it (alignment angles out of spec). I started to ask him about it and he waived it off as normal and pushed me to pay. After I got home I did my own research and found out they were comparing my alignment angles to the WRONG specs. **EDIT** Oh yeah, I forgot to say that CHRISTOPHER told me over the phone that he "saw" the speed sensors on the wheels or something. So he knowingly and directly lied to me and I dont care for that.

9 am appointment for a routine oil change made a week in advance - show up and im told car would be done by 10:30 -11 so i wait on site for it. At 10:30 car hadnt even been touched. I asked how much longer till it starts to be worked on - i was told its next in line- 1 hour later (11:30) car is finally pulled in to garage by the time i left i had been there over 3 hours. When i asked why even make an appointment the response was - an apt only guarantees we will work on your car that day - not a specific time. I have never gone to an auto center who does it this way - and im Never coming back here thats for sure!

Not really worthy people. They replaced new battery and alternator into my car. A week after this brand new battery is completely dead in one night without having any lights on or other power on in car. I had to tow the car to them again. They told they will check the reason and could not come up with any reason why brand new battery is dead. They just recharged the battery and gave it saying the reason as "dont know". Dont go here for major repairs.

My factory rear shocks went bad after about 7 years so I took it to this Firestone to get them replaced. 2 days later both "new" shocks were making worse sounds than the bad factory shocks. They replaced them under the manufacturers warranty saying that they must have been defective. Well here I am again less than 9 months and 3k miles from their repair and my right rear shock is making the same broken shock sound. I guess 3rd time is the charm.

The waiting was so long. They promise the car will be done within two hrs, but end up took them almost the whole day to get it done. And it was only changing 4 new tires. It wasnt like they had to fix engines or transmission. Simple work but takes them so long to get it done. And it true they will never know when your car will be done. They shouldnt say something that they couldnt do. I was late to work twice because of their mis information.

I found this location to be very clean, organized and efficient in the processing of my oil change and brake job today. The staff was friendly and professional, and took time to explain the status of my vehicle as soon as the primary evaluation was complete. They honored my coupon, and I am confident they did a through job.

Terrible service. I had a 930am appt. They had not even looked at my car for two hours. They did not even say a word about how long it would take. When I called to check on my car after two hours they said it would be another hour before my brake inspection would be done. DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE!

Very nice and courteous on the phone and in person. Not pushy when it came to options of services that were recommended. Yes, very comfy, nice lounge but I had to give only 4 stars because the smell of tires gave me a headache. Will definitely return again.

Was driving up to Yosemite a couple days ago. Had a tire tread separation on an older Firestone tire I bought many years ago. Dropped into the store & was in & out in 20 minutes plus had a brand new tire under warranty! You guys ROCK!

I waited 4 hours for them to do the A/C Service i asked for my Camaro (took 3 hours for them just to check it). I heard some of the employees there getting mad because "they had to do it". Never will i be back again.

I am from NY I travel for a living. I had my two front tires start to come apart. I called, they got me in that day and 45 mins later my car was ready to go with 2 new tires on!
