To the DMV person today at around 2:30PM Id like to say. That was about the best experience I have had doing any DMV transaction. you were a very helpful and patient gentleman behind the counter. Also the road side service in the past few months both extremely good experiences from the staff and the towing service crew. Cant say much but thank you for exceptional service AAA keep up the good work. BTW first time publicly posting a review.

Made 2 service requests and nobody showed up the 1st time never called & just left. 2nd call they missed their ETA & decided to call after the fact and say oh we are helping someone else & will shop up 45mins after the ETA time. Had to make 2 different calls after using the app. The app is useless & the CSRs are also. Ive been sitting here waiting for an hour & a half still no help! Smh

Best service with professional advice. When ever you shop for auto insurance, travel service to dmv renewal service, now I will go there in my first place. Like a one stop Service! I like it! Con: their quote of auto insurance is higher than the other. Pro: when something happen to you, they will take good care for you, but not the cheap one!

Never had an insurance company charge me MORE for not getting into an accident for a year. Why? Because they stalk you and get milage reports from oil change companies like the progressive special rate goes. Except with progressive its a special rate you opt in to, whereas AAA hides it in the small print.

I needed to get a copy of a title and a friend suggested I go to AAA...my first time. I went in today right before the Memorials Day weekend...it was about 10 deep when I came in with three windows open. In total it was about 20 minutes. Courteous staff!

Audrey is not very nice, likes to speak over people, I asked to have another agent, that change has not happended so I ask to speak to the management. Go to another office.

Open till 6pm on weekdays so get your registration payed and get your sticker without going to the DMV. I was in and out in 20 min with a line of 5 people ahead of me.

The best kept secret for basic DMV services- what would take half a day at the DMV takes half an hour, including the wait in line. These people are awesome.
