I bought my scion xb at this dealership and I love it. The buying process was easy we shook hands on the price then proceeded to make the payments official. This was my first car purchase and like everyone should I did my research so there were no surprises. When you buy a Toyota or maybe just a scion Im not sure but they give you your first 5 oil changes for free or add they make it sound fancy they do all maintenence for the first 30k miles. Okay on to the bad part, the service portion of this dealership is horrible 1 hour 45 minutes rounded out for am oil change. The actual process takes about 30 to 45 minutes wich is normal for the oil change tire rotation, brake inspection.so why did you wait an extra hour you tell me. I tell you the service writer and cashier combination are horrible. After an hour of sitting there the mechanic of all people came to me surprised asking if something was wrong I responded no Im waiting for my car he said he turned in the paperwork an hour ago just talk to the cashier. I said thank you for letting me know. I go to the cashier she said she doesnt have the keys or the paper work, and once again the same mechanic comes to the rescue (mind you I have full view of the cashiers office)the cashiers tried to pull back out of site and the mechanic points to the keys and paper work. Cashier returns to me and says the service writer will hand me my paperwork explain everything then come back to the cashier. Then cashier calls service writer to all whats going on. Finally the service writer comes out and literally holds up a price of paper and says in a hurry as if Im not important youre car is good. What they are supposed to do is slowly explain the condition of my car. Then says finish with the cashier. So I do and get my keys back. I guess the service writers dont get a commission or something similar when a free service comes in. The next oil change I had to be on top of them. One thing I noticed was an old lady came in 2 customers behind me and I noticed her because she had problems opening the door so I opened the door for her. She paid for her oil change and got her car back 20 minutes before I got mine back. I know for a fact they put her as a priority because she paid for the oil change. I am a mechanic and I also do paperwork. Whoever reads this dont think Im a back yard mechanic should I choose to I can be a certified factory Toyota technician and in Toyota network with Toyota I.D.,so when I said the way they treat there customers who pay vs customers with a free service differently just expect that to be the case with you also. Oh and to the cashier who said there is no manager on Sundays because I wanted to complain well you mam are on my $hit list. If I can I am scheduled for another oil change on 3/9/2015 and will post update with names.

I had George sell me a used pickup from this dealership. I liked the great customer service they had. With out great credit score we got an easy payment. Only thing I didnt not like was their great sales skill.. this used pickup was waiting for me washed and cleaned inside and out.. only a few problems (1.) It was parked under their buildings overhang so I couldnt see all the cover up paint scratches and dents.. (2.) Since it was parked under shade I didnt notice there was over spray under the fenders in the rear nor the front bumper.. (3.)They only gave me one key to this pickup and it was a cheap $8 amazon key. This cheap key gave out on me one day at work.. and I didnt know that it was a key problem. So I had my truck towed and had to pay for a diagnosis and a brand new key with a remote clicker. Because whats the point of having just a key with no clicker. Diagnosis was 120 and the key was 157 and the clicker was 205. (4.) There wasnt a manual for this 2012 pickup.. (5) I got a flat tire and the pickup didnt come with the bottle jack nor T-handle to drop the spare. I had to call someone out to change it for me and paid 60. So I guess when you want to buy a used truck make sure to look at all the details. Inspect the truck or car thoroughly and naked sure to ask questions if you arent sure about something. My issue was I wanted a pickup right away didnt want to buy a new one especially since it was going to be used for work. But it being so close to being new who would have thought. Oh and lastly it didnt come with floor mats!? Or Even cheap ones for that matter. Lol I guess no one should complain when its only a $15000 pickup with interest added on top of that huh.? Oh but wait I forgot to say that one rim is completely different to the other 3 rims.! They blended in so well that I only realized 2 days ago when I was washing the wheels.. the 3 rims have 5 spokes and then the odd ball has 6 spokes. They could have at least had the courtesy to point something like that out.

My husband and I have been in the market for a new 4Runner for a while, and when we finally found the exact color and model we were looking for at Toyota Vallejo we made a call right away. I cant tell you how pleased we are with the entire experience from start to end! We made the initial call on a Friday evening (right before closing) to express interest, and George made sure that we were taken care of. He answered all of our 100 questions about the vehicle specs and got us set up with an early appointment the next day. Especially considering the time of day, we were super impressed with the prompt and helpful service. The next morning, we drove up from SF to Vallejo Toyota to find the 4Runner shiny and beautifully staged in the front of the dealership waiting for us. We were greeted right away by George, and wow! His energy and genuine excitement for us right off the bat made us realize quickly that we were in the right hands. We were then handed off to Brent who took the reins from there. What a great team they make!! Seriously. Dream Team. Brent was incredibly personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Literally everything you hope for (and rarely find) when purchasing a new car. He put our questions at ease and was completely transparent with the entire process. He was patient with us and did not pressure any up-sells or add-ons. What a rockstar! This was our first time purchasing a new car and Brent ensured that the process went smoothly from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better experience, honestly! If you are in the market for a new car, call Brent and you will not be disappointed! We are SOO happy with our new "toy" and if we decide to upgrade our Runner in the future, I know who we are going to call first :) Thank you Toyota Vallejo!

My lease ended on a Toyota Camry, so I return it a few months ago. I believe it’s a great car and I was totally satisfied. I wanted to lease the Camry again. A friend recommended Vallejo Toyota and told me to ask for Jason Sangmaster. So I called him directly and let him know what I needed. He called back promptly letting me know the car was on the lot. He was pretty straight to the point and super nice, so I told him I’d be in the next day. The dealership was clean with a nice layout, everyone seemed to be happy, and Jason was ready for me once I walked in the door. We went for a quick test drive since I pretty much knew what I was getting except for the Bluetooth, which I love. We were able to settle on a lease agreement that I was comfortable with and helped me make the paperwork move quickly, explaining things along the way. He went over everything so I was aware of the terms of the lease. He was super friendly and down-to-earth. Then, I was directed to Rey Vergara’s office, who helped me through the finance end of it. He was great too. He explained everything and offered GAP, etc. with no pressure. Soon after, Jason took me to my new car and looked it over together. It was clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to drive off the lot. I had my children with me so I was hoping things would not take too long. I was on the road with my new car in less than two hours – so sweet!! Buying/leasing a car can be stressful but it really was such a nice experience. I’ll be going back after my lease is up again. I highly recommend Jason Sangmaster as your Sales Consultant at Toyota Vallejo!---Denise :)
