I was in California due to a death in the family. I was driving back with keepsakes and belongings from my fathers house. I wanted my car to be inspected to make sure it was road-worthy, as it had been sitting quite some time. We found Master Mechanic online, and when I called I was greeted by a gruff voice. I started asking questions about cost and time for an inspection. I was given very rude, brusque phone service. When I asked the cost of an inspection, I was told "$80", and before I could get the next question out (Location and hours and timing), I was hung up on. Based on this customer service in simply getting information, I dont know what I would be greeted with once I got there. Instead, I got a free inspection elsewhere, where I was more than happy to give my business. Customer service begins at the phone, and in answering questions. This place failed, tremendously.

I purchased a BMW through a private seller and made the "oh so common" mistake of not having the vehicle looked at prior to purchase. I took the car to a number of mechanics in search of a solution to the check engine light that was on when I made the purchase. After having seen a number of mechanics, I took the vehicle to Master Mechanic, I was amazed at how drastically my quote was reduced due to the honesty of the techs working there. They explained everything in detail and didnt inflate my quote for self-gain. I will most definitely be working with them again for any future needs I may have. I highly recommend The Master Mechanic of Yuba City!

Must not need new customers. Phone service sucks. If you have a policy that a mechanic wont talk to a customer on the phone, well I will find someone else to talk to about fixing my BMW.

They might be real good, but I wouldnt know...they never answer their phone. That gets frustrating.
