Nicole is a hater and someone who wants to discredit AutoDynamix. To the potential customer that is reading this please disregard her comments which are all essentially lies about AutoDynamix and about Khea. How do I know she is lying? She claims she has an Audi S4 which is a little over 2 years old making it a 2009-2010 model. Any owner of a new Audi S4 (or any new Audi model) will know that they come with a factory warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles. Why would she take it to AutoDynamix or CNC Autosports if she could get it repaired for no cost out of her pocket? Plus, would you trust anybody writing a review that cant even spell the owners name correctly and doesnt know how to spell the word business? Here is what I can say about AutoDynamix. I have known Khea since 1995 when I acquired a job at Lexus of Bellevue and he was working in the parts department. His previous work experience at Lexus of Bellevue has given him an advantage when repairing, troubleshooting, and customizing high end luxury cars. He is fully knowledgeable on all makes and models of automobiles as well. I left Lexus of Bellevue around 1998 to finish school but left there with a great new friend who I would reunite with around 2006 when I purchased a used silver 2002 Lexus LS430. I learned that he had opened a shop in Bellevue called AutoDynamix so I didnt even hesitate to go over there where I knew I would be taken care of with all my automotive needs. But you see he treats everyone the same whether it is me or a new potential customer. And that goes for his business partner too Todd Brown. They treat everyone with respect and sincerity. His shop is the only one I trust with all my cars present and future. Not only do they work on present day vehicles, they also can work on Old Schools, i.e. Muscle Cars. When I had my 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS, they did the majority of all the engine and suspension work that I needed. In the past they serviced my black 2007 Honda Pilot, silver and black 1979 Chevrolet El Camino, blue 1993 Honda Del Sol, black 1999 Chevrolet Suburban, blue 1994 Lexus LS400, green Honda Accord Wagon, gold 2002 Lexus RX300 (current car), silver 2012 Honda Accord LX (current car)...and numerous cars of my friends and family as well. Trust this company, I have for over 6+ years and I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. I am posting pics too of all the cars that I mentioned in my review that they worked on! I hope my review helps you the potential customer!

Very Shady is right, bordering on criminal. Back in October my Audi S4 developed a front end shake that was coming thru the steering wheel. Having just bought the car, I asked the previous owner about the shake. He said he had just had the front end aligned at Autodynamix. So I took the car to Autodynamix and was told to have a seat while they checked it out. When the manager, KIA COON, came back to the waiting area, he said he had some bad news. He said the whole front end needed to be rebuilt and that it would cost me apprx. $3900.00. I was floored to say the least as the car is just over 2 years old. I said I would think about it and get back to him. Well, my boyfriend was also floored and told me to never go back there. My boyfriend took my car up the street to CNC AUTOSPORTS and without telling them the whole story, asked them to drive the car and check it out. It turns out that some of the wheel weights on the inside of one of the front wheels had come off and caused the shaking. After re-balancing the wheel and applying the correct wheel weights, the car drives like new. Total cost, $30.00 - compared to being rob of "at least" $3900.00 by KIA COON at Autodynamix. I wish i had read these reviews before going to Autodynamix. Funny how the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. I am assuming that the 5 star reviews were composed by their beer drinking buddies or their low income girlfriends. To bad that there is nothing less than the 1 star option as an extremely negative experience should be rated as a minus (-) 5 star. Even today, 3000 miles later, the car still drives like new. Anyone and everyone would be smart to avoid this buisness as they are extremely dishonest.

Very impressed with these guys - they were very personable and friendly over the phone and via email. And, well, heres the story: So my muffler was rattling when my car idled. Last time I got an oil change I had them check it out and they told me Id need to get the muffler welded back on. "Oh boy," Im thinking as I picture a $300-ish repair. I found Auto Dynamix online and contacted them, explaining my situation. They emailed back and told me to bring the car by for a free estimate. I went today during lunch, not sure how long it would take or how bad the damage (read: huge bill) would be. After struggling a little to find it, I was quite pleased to have the guys come out almost immediately. They got under the car and had me turn it on. The rattle started up. They had me stop it and shook some metal around. Within 2 minutes, they had pulled off my heat shield and had me turn the car back on. NO RATTLING! "How much will it cost me to replace that?" I asked. "Oh, dont worry about it, these are overkill." "So, were done." "Yep, you want me to throw [the heat shield] away for you?" "Um, sure." Bottom line: I thought Id have a huge bill and rather than rip me off, these guys fixed my issue for free and in about 5 minutes from pulling up to pulling away. Smart business, because they know if I *ever* have a muffler problem, I wont be going anywhere else. Major kudos, guys!

Ive only used Auto Dynamix for a month and so far their accountability and service is impeccable. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I brought in an old Mazda that I had bought and discovered was in a bad state and was in need of expensive repairs. Where other places were requesting a full inspection price to even look at it, Anthony at Auto Dynaix did the inspection without hesitation or fee. I had them fix three of the broken engine mounts and they only said two were required. Things were well until I noticed some noise. When I came back and they realized the third one needed to be fixed and they did not charge for labor as they should have caught this the first time they were there. Im amazed by their accountability: they were willing to take a second look, they realized the issue they missed and they took responsibility for it. They did all of this without any nudging on my part, which is the way service should be and Im glad to say that this is one of the few places where it is. They provide service that is reasonable and with your interests at heart. Additionally they gave a complementary safety inspection when I was concerned. Theyve always taken the time to explain whats going on and they dont suggest repairs that arent required. With so much value add and good service I definitely recommend this place.
