I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday 19, 2016 @ 8:30 AM for an oil change the man in the front counter told me he would call me when the oil change was ready so I left and walked home good thing I only live a few blocks away. I go home and wait for my oil change its almost 11:00 AM and still havent received a call so I start walking back I ask the lady in the front counter if my car is ready she says no please take a seat so then I wait an additional 30-40 mins and then an older gentleman the mechanic approaches me and says is this your car and I say yes and he says your going to need a new tire soon and I say I just got these tires a few weeks back and I ask if my oil change is ready and he said it will take a few minute. I then pay for the oil change drive 0.5 miles/half a mile home and park my car in the driveway and go inside to work on some homework a few hours go by I go outside to see that my right tire is completely flat I havent driven anywhere and the milege sticker for the oil change on my window is the same milege on my car.Im really disappointed with the amount of time it took for the oil change and disappointed that I may have been taken advantage of because they do sell tires as well.

The Firestone store had a complete change from what has been described. I bought tires and brakes about 5 months ago and they did an excellent job. I went back 2 months ago to rotate my tires and they got me in and out in no time. Last week, I had a problem with vibration at 50-65 mph. They were totally honest with me, checked and balanced my tires again without charging me. That didnt solve the problem. I went to Honda and found out that I needed CV joint replacement and they wanted $1200 to install. I call Firestone and they quoted me $573. Not only did they replace the cv joints they resurfaced my brake rotors without charging and even though it was a busy day, I got my car back the same day. Eraca Craig, the Service advisor, was exceptional. Albert Gonzalez, the technician, drove me home and picked me back up. If there were problems at Firestone before its not that way anymore. I highly recommend their service. They care about customers. Thank You!

I took a car to Firestone to check why a part Firestone had just installed in the car had not fixed the problem. One of the employees told me since it had been in not 2 months ago that they would do a courtesy check and not charge the $20 fee to examine the vehicle. I agreed, but only if there were no charges and no work done without contacting me. They assured me of it. Never believe a mechanic. When I went to pick up the car they would not release it to me till I paid the $20 dollars for examining the car. The mechanics there are nothing, but scam artists, I wouldnt even call them mechanics considering I have gone to them 3 times in the past 3 months to have them re-fix problems that they said were and were supposed to have fixed. All in all, the problem that was supposed to have been fixed 3 times now persists and after they said they would glance over my car to see if its the same problem for no charge, they charged me.

Very poor customer service. After three days of receiving random phone calls from Firestone, some saying my car was done, some saying there were still problems that needed to be fixed. Was told one price, and then price quoted on Friday was doubled on Monday due to "one single part." When I asked the manager to go over the costs he refused to let me see the list as he was "adding up" the costs. When I questioned $170 he could not tell me why this was being charged. DO NOT DEAL WITH FIRESTONE UNLESS YOURE GETTING A BASIC OIL CHANGE, EVEN THEN BE WARY! They are over priced, they over charge, have horrible service and try to cheat their customers.

We got stranded after our van broke down. The manager and the staff were so helpful that they took the time to take our luggage to the hotel. Also after the van was not ready .The manager went the extra mile to even set a reservation on another hotel after our 3 day stay at santa cruz. They went above and beyond to help . The manager got a rental car for us so we could get home.after our van was ready he drove all the way to west covina ca . There are no words to describe how wonderful these guys are at firestone santa cruz on water street. Thank you for going above and beyond your job duties

The employees were working really hard, and were slammed and trying to make everyone happy, but unfortunately they took from open to close to replace my Sprinter van oil, and then overfilled it. Then I took it to another Firestone location the next morning to get some oil vacuumed out, and they said the only way they could deal with it would be to drain it and completely start over with new oil. And it would take hours. Dont expect them to be able to fix their mistakes. Not the employees fault, the team needs to be better equipped.

Went to have a spare tire mounted and balanced. They charged me and said that it would be 45 minutes. 3 hours later, they tell me that they wont mount my tire because of safety reasons, yet they rubber was still good and the wear was less than half of the tires life. They then tried to sell me a new tire for $150. Dont waist your time with this company. Big O and other shops are just a few blocks away.

Not only did I get professional, courteous, same day service but they beat their competitors price by $25 per tire. They also happen to be the only tire place in town that is open 7 days a week. I consistently have gotten a quality product and excellent customer service at Firestone Santa Cruz.

Still here waiting after 2 hours, and making an appointment for a simple oil change. The tech put standard oil in my car and test drove it before trying to charge me for this error. They are now draining my car and starting over. Horrible customer service, and dangerous to your car.

Reasonable prices, then they do what they said they would, for the price they said. If somethings not right, they fix it. Willing to educate, never a problem with hand waving/jargon. Low pressure, not much up-selling. Nice people, and a clean, comfortable waiting area.

Their work requires supervision and inspection. They have left sensors detached under my hood and have failed to properly inflate tires after service. Their performance is disappointing.
