I have been trying to get somebody on the phone for a few days now. They only respond for new policies. If you are already signed up and have questions it seems AAA is not interested in your business anymore. It concerns me how this is working out if I actually have a claim - I am expecting the worst at this point.

Dont know yet. Im still waiting on line and there are only two people working on things. Dont even know if I can get the info I want here. I did find out I still have to go to the DMV needed registration and license renewal.

Aside from managing AAA membership and insurance, many kinds of DMV paperwork can be done here, such as registration renewal and title transfers. Unlike DMV, lines are short or non-existent. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

Great customer service, prices comparable to the "budget" insurance providers, and free maps! Lai really took her time going over the different insurance options with me, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Ill recommend everyone to get a AAA membership. You get a lot of benefits. I went there, it was quick and easy. Staff is always smiling and they try to make your day.

NOBODY answers the phone at this place! I kept trying for half an hour --- no reply. Then left a message with the manager --- no reply.

staff is pretty helpful, their DMV line is usually pretty short and they have a parking lot
