Came in today hoping to add my son to policy. Waited at front table near doors to be acknowledged by someone to get help. Saw one presumed agent chatting away with other two insurance agents at desk. I saw them glancing my way yet no one attempted to acknowledge us standing there. It was not until more customers formed behind before one of the agents who was standing came forward to help me. Next, I was lead to one of the two seated agents who was originally chatting away with ( both with who were seated in front of the Dmv service), but was quickly told that she wasnt ready to help me. Then the other seated agent quickly said she would help me. But quickly I was turn down for a quote to add my son since I forgot to get his license number. And I especially asked her, " are you sure you cant just give me a quote without my sons license?" She said there was no way without it. I knew this was a lie, as I was in this office a few days ago. Ethan, the Asian insurance Agent had given me a quote for adding my son on my policy without a license number. And I was actually in the office to confirm that policy amount, as I tried to add my son on my policy the day prior on the phone and the policy amount given by another agent had a huge discrepancy. I was kinda upset. The few times I been to this office, I used the DMV service and they were friendly nice and quick to help. Ethan who helped me last time was very friendly, knowledgeable and had given me great advice on my policy regarding adding young drivers. But today, I feel I cant really ever come back to this office. I been with AAA ever since I had my license, over twenty some years and my parents way before that. First with agent Ruben from AAA office near Broadway in Oakland until closing then to Montclair AAA until closed then I started to come here recently since it was the next office close to me; this is my 4 visit here but I feel I have to find another office.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TRIPLE A Oakland. Highly recommend that if someone from this insurance causes damage to your vehicle, you settle it through your insurance! Two months later and my vehicle has not yet been fixed. It took about two weeks for my vehicle to be dropped off at the body shop of my choice because the vehicle had "fell through the cracks of the system" and after it was dropped of, they did not provide my information or their own information until i called back to see what was going on. I pretty much much had to do all the calling to make sure my car was getting fixed. The representative assigned to my case, Sam Sun, Showed the least amount of interest in helping me and would not reply to my voicemails until I called his manager a couple times. After a month and a half later, The car finally came out from the body shop and I took the car to the dealership and a service agent found broken motor mounts consistent with a hard rear-end but Sam took it to himself to go inspect it himself and lie to me that he talked to the service agent that diagnosed my car and found "No damage consistent with the accident" but turns out i called the service agent and he was not in that day. after all this they have turned me down for help and I remain carless because i was unlucky to get rear-ended by a individual with this uninterested greedy insurance. Really Really disgusted by this service and Strongly recommend staying away from this insurance.

This is 3td time Im backing and forwarding cuz of their mistake . back and forward takes 20 mins (20*2=40 mins *3 120 mins ) so the thing is I gave my info for registration new car cuz Ill take my car from town company and the 1st time they did not give me "moving pass" so I have to came back again , than I got it but the thing is wrong again , I paid all for my car but the registration is not belongs to my car and I realize when the police department told me :( and than I back again . Hope this time it will be ok for all :)

Drove 20 min out of my way each direction to come here on a saturday at 3:15 pm (Feb 18, 2017) and they are closed for presidents day (which isnt until monday). Changing your google maps hours to reflect your holiday hours isnt that difficult. It would ould be expected for a company that many people would want to visit before, i dont know, driving somewhere out of town on a 3-day weekend?! I like AAA, but poor management effects a lot of people.

Scot Kunselman is a great rep. AAA rockridge is fast and courteous. This was by far the best experience Ive had with setting up insurance or AAA on a vehicle. Went to renew my plates, lady in a counter said system wont let her and I must go to DMV. Earlier I called and they said yes come over. Drove 25 min each way in my lunch time. There were a long line . Time perfectly wasted . Never will go there again

Nice facilities, and fast and friendly service. Came by to pick up maps and guidebooks for our road trip through Utah and AZ. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will be back for registration and other services.

Ok location. Prefer the new one in Alameda. There is good parking at both. I had to pay more than I expected for DMV services because the last rep here didnt give me all of the info. I needed.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Line was long but I expected that however I asked the lady up front and she was happy to take my credit card as payment, so no line for me!

FYI, the parking lot may be full, construction also underway at the shopping center, there is a larger supermarket parking lot available approximately a block away

Did my DMV registration renewal (cash or check only) here at 5:15pm on a Tuesday. It was only 5 minutes (heaps faster than going to DMV). Friendly people.

It was a great trip to AAA! although they couldnt bypass my needed trip to DMV, they made my trip well worth it!
