Abysmal customer experience. I made an appointment today at 10am to have the child seat in my car inspected, in order to make sure its installed correctly. When I showed up, the person told me the woman who does the inspection is not in the office, that I should come back next day. She offered zero apology, just like it was regular business. I drove up 20 miles for exactly nothing. Its an absolutely unprofessional attitude. If theyre going to cancel appointments, the least they can do is call ahead and save people the trouble. DO NOT do business with them under any circumstance, unless you actually enjoy being treated like garbage.

Terrible Service. Trying to insure a new vehicle and these people have no clue to what they are doing. Going back for the 4th time because they do not tell you everything you need the first time you are there. I will only use the San Mateo office they know exactly what they are doing.

I went here to the Dmv portion. I arrived when they opened the doors. I was the 7th person in line. They only had two people working. I was in line for 20 minutes and I still was number 7 in line.

Always easier than the DMV, they have all the documents Ive ever needed and the people are friendlier. Worth the membership.
