What a waste of time! car was great, price was great. Unfortunately the people there are not great. I own a service business and have 9 trucks on the road I bought 3 new ones this year and will buy 4 new ones next year. If they lie and have bad service for someone that buys 3-4 cars a year how do you think they will treat you? I was the easiest sale of the week I detailed the truck I needed they said they had it and gave me the price and I said I would take it. The issue was I needed it to be titled in my companies name for insurance and liability purposes. Jimmy Parks the salesman presumably to get his commission faster or something did it wrong. Ok so they made a mistake whatever they will fix it right? No way! Jimmy Park, after several phone calls, emails and texts, kept saying he would fix it and never did. Then I started talking to Greg and Jaime in the finance department they said they would fix it also, after filling out multiple forms and getting them over 160 pages of documents they approved me for a line of $250,000. Should be plenty to cover a $20,000 truck right? Wrong, they said it was now a refinance and they cant do that, Why the H did I spend hours sending the documentation in! more wasted time at this point I was 2 months going through this dog and pony show Finally I talked to Lucas who responds to these reviews. He said he would fix it also. Every week or two he would say he was working on it and would have it taken care of soon. Finally he learned he could not fixed it so he offered me some used parts off of a trade in vehicle to make up for it! Thats for real folks! Steer clear of these jokers. So I am stuck with a loan I didnt approve and dont want so I will have to pay it off and refinance it.

I gave them one star because there is no choice for no star at all. Please be careful with this dealership, they will lie to you and rip you off. I bought a new car 6 year ago with a $2500 six years extended warranty, and was told I will get my money back if I did not use this warranty in six years. The sales manager never told me that this is a third party company, not Toyota itself. Now, six years later, when I went to them and claimed my reimbursement, they told me that this third party company called NADS went to bankrupt several years ago and I wont get my money back. All these years, this dealership never noticed me about this situation. The manager was so rude that I cant even finish the conversation. 6 years ago, he was very nice and convinced me to buy that warranty, and I trusted him. I heard that Honda dealer used the same 3rd party company, but they are offering their customers with purchasing credits or service credits to make it up. I just wished that I bought a Honda car 6 years ago, not a Toyota. I guess this will be my last time with Toyota. I am thinking of selling my Camry now even it only has only 50k miles because I am feeling so depressed by just looking at it now. I will definitely go with Honda this time, at least Honda dealers cares about their customers and trying to make things right. EVERYONE, BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY THING THEY CARE IS THEIR POCKETS.

By far the worst car buying experience in 30 years! My wife and I went into the dealership to purchase a car for our daughter. The salesmen were friendly. We agreed on a price. First we were told the car could be ready in 2-3 hours. Then, it was that evening. Then, the next day. We did not have any issues waiting, but thought since we would have to wait, we wanted a specific color. The salesman told us 100% that the car would be that color. When we tried to reach them the next day for update information, the car was a different color. We still agreed and were told that the car would be ready to go on Monday at 4:30. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by the salesman. He told us the car was in detail and tried to get us to go sign the paperwork. We told him that we were not signing anything until we saw the car. At that point we pressed him and he admitted that the car was not even there yet. We promptly left and bought a car from Freeman Toyota while driving home. Vasser Toyota will lie to your face to get you into the dealership. All the issues could have been avoided by them simply saying, "We have to locate the car and it will take several days. We will call you when its in." We were not in any hurry. But, they chose to lie at every step. They epitomize the sleazy car salesmen! Jim Park, the sales floor manager is a liar. DO NOT buy your next vehicle at Vasser Toyota!

I purchased a 2007 FJ Cruiser from Jimmy Vasser Toyota in mid November of last year. It was a Toyota Certified used vehicle. The salesman was very helpful and it was pretty much the vehicle I was looking for. It seemed as though everything had gone smoothly until I recently brought it in for service. After the details were ironed out with the sales person, I was brought in to the finance manager who wanted to show me how he could extend the "certified" warranty and also provide a service package that would take care of "all" of the service needs of the vehicle. Seemed like a good deal until I recently brought my truck in for its 60,000 mile "service" only to find out my "service package" only included oil changes. So in a classic case of "bait and switch," I was shown one thing and purchased another. There is no way I would have purchased an oil change only plan ($600 for 16 oil changes) because I live 2 blocks away from Zumwalt Ford (that serviced my last vehicle) that does oil changes for $19.95 while Jimmy Vasser is 30 miles away. I can only imagine what surprises are in store with the "extended warranty" I purchased. Very disappointed and could not recommend this dealership to others.

I bought a used Lexus from this dealership about 2 months ago, and couldnt be happier. They made the process so simple and stress free. Used cars tend to be a gamble, and they did everything they could on their end to give me every detail I needed. They answered all of my questions (with a used car, trust me, I had many) and I was treated respectfully, which typically dealers can be condescending. I was taken care of immediately each time I came in. Everyone from the salesmen to the finance department, and especially Lucas made my experience with Jimmy Vasser one I have already mentioned to many others. The spare key had not made it in yet, and Lucas made sure to contact me to let me know right when it had arrived, he even had it rushed! Excellent service, the type I would have expected at the Lexus dealer, for that matter.

Strike 3... this place is awful. We tried to buy a 4runner there in 2010 and couldnt get a sales rep to give us the time of day so we bought one from vallejo Toyota. Strike 2 they screw us on servicing the aforementioned 4runner and lied about why my rotors were now warped and refused to do anything about it. Strike 3 came just last week, we were shopping for a used car and the sales rep, Greg, promised us we would be taken care of and that they would make up for our past experiences, well that ended abruptly when he flat out refused to negotiate on the price of a used car...stating that they have the best used car buyer in the valley and they absolutely do not haggle on the price...REALLY!? Thats a first for me... So we took our business else where and will continue doing so! Awful awful place
