These guys are life savers. Literally. I had an oil change and brake pad replacement the day before at my regular Firestone closer to my home. When I arrived home, I noticed a burning smell, but I couldnt locate the source. The next day, during my morning commute to work, I noticed smoke coming out of my wheel wells and a strong burning smell. I immediately pulled into the Bellevue Firestone. Even though they were short staffed and busy, the lead tech inspected my truck while I waited for a coworker to pick me up. He determined the fault was with Firestone and he replaced the damaged parts at no charge. My truck was ready to go before the end of my work day. There were a lot of ways this could have gone and I was really impressed with this shops professionalism and empathy for my situation. I think I have a new regular shop for my future service needs.

DO NOT GO HERE! Both headlights went out almost simultaneously on my car and I had to get them replaced immediately on a Sunday- this place was one of the few that were open. They charged me almost $200 DOLLARS to put in two standard headlights! Thats right, $200 DOLLARS!!! I questioned the manager about the time spent- he admitted it only took the technician 45 minutes but they charged for more + "shop fees". Manager said they charged based on "the book" and not actual time spent. What?! Gosh, even the dealer will just put new headlights in for free when I get an oil change for $30. Plus the Firestone manager was quite defensive when I questioned him (technician was very nice though). I would advise against going here for anything but tires.

I came to Firestone to get all 4 of my tires changed. The lady at the counter was pleasant and gave us a variety of options for our order. The estimated time was approximately 1 hour to do the work and we let her know we would be waiting nearby for the vehicle to be serviced. About an hour later, I returned and was told that the estimate was "incorrect" and that the work would be done in about 2 more hours. How is that an acceptable estimate? I would understand an hour and a half, but 3 hours for a service that is estimated to be 1 hour is ridiculous. Had I been at home, I might be slightly more forgiving, but the business was aware we were sitting around waiting. I cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The entire customer experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment until the completion of the service was AWESOME. The staff was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have an old Honda Accord and the staff was able to assess the priority of the vehicle maintenance and suggest the right maintenance package that saved me Money and Time. I really appreciate the service and will definitely recommend to my families and friends. I would like to take this time and recognize Phu and the Store manage Bruce (as well as his entire team/staff) for this awesome customer experience. Keep up the good work

My advisor was the most friendly guy Ive ever encountered at an auto shop. If he doesnt love his job, then he fooled me! He was straight up, friendly, and didnt push me to buy anything I didnt need. He also got me in and out in half the time that was originally estimated simply because I showed a little concern in having to be somewhere earlier than his original estimate. I said Id take an uber and just be back, but I didnt have to. I didnt even have to ask for a rush...he just asked his team to please "get it done". Amazing people make an amazing shop! And the job was done perfectly! I will 100% be back!

Disappointed! I bought "lifetime" alignment last year. Had some problems with the struts, so in the process of replacing them, I had two alignments, then came for a third. After giving me a two-day runaround to deliver and pick up the vehicle, the shop declined to do the alignment using a bogus pretext that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I just feel that they just do not want to make good on the "lifetime" promise.

Went in on Sunday to get an alignment. I got a genuine greeting, talked about random malarkey while I waited and was offered some pizza. Since I was going to wait for my truck, Sherman bumped me up a couple vehicles so wouldnt be sitting around too long. Has to be the best experience I have had with a service center such as this.

I called twice they scam you for your money I was quoted one price for all 4 of my brakes they told me the cost about ($500) then I call again the next day for only two and just the pads everything is fine with the car I only need the pads he quotes me the same price for all 4 but is only offering me 2 SCAM WATCH OUT!!!!

Made an appointment one week in advance for service on my van. Dropped off my van at noon, they said "be done around 3 " I came back around 2:30 __ ,guess what,? ,my van was sitting right where I left it...aaftrr smost 2 1/2 hours they did not touch it. These people talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.

Average service. Average customer care. Average cost. Average everything. Dont come seeking an expert or an expert advice. Most of the people working there are either salesmen or installers. Knock against them is that they have absorbed some of the Bellevue snobbishness, and turn their nose at hard work.

This location was recommended to me from a friend that has been going here for years. I went in for an oil change and a check engine light. Bruce was very friendly and helpful. Everyone did a great job and I will be continuing to take my truck here in the future for regular maintenance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...........! I lost my Emergency Kit there. I have given my car for Tire replacement. Once i am back to home i did not find my Emergency Kit which i kept it in trunk. I am sure, they are not required any tool from my trunk to replace brand new tires.

i brought a coupon printed from firestone web site and they told me its not valid, i checked online, other people used that coupon online without no problem, the coupon has firestone logo. they are such unprofessional guys, will not recommend going there.

I came for a quote for a flat tire. James is honest by just fixing the tire(compared with some stores asking for new tire replacement) and the service is friendly and prompt, will come next time for tire service. Keep up the Great service!

Great no haggle pricing or sales pressure compared to Discount tire and they get the job done right every time (so far). Just as Im waiting for service they helped me replace a broken fuse for free. Gotta love these guys.

Very friendly staff; however, I had some issues getting nee tires installed properly, as they put incorrect tires on my rear wheels. I went back in and they immediately fixed the problem at no extra cost to me.
