I have nothing but great things to say about this local company. In the two times that I have needed to either call or come in with my vehicle questions/serviced they have been wonderful to work with! They truly know what Customer service is, and value their customers. Not only did they replace a headlight for free, but several months later they got me in as soon as possible to service my car, and saved me over $700 when they found out what needed to be done was still under warranty through the dealership. Tony, thank you so much for your time and hardworking staff. I will be returning to you in the future with our repair needs, just hopefully not too soon ;)

Ive been taking my car to Advanced European Auto for several years, and Ive always appreciated the honest dialogue and excellent care that theyve provided for my cars. They have always done a fantastic, quality job through fixes and regular maintenance. Brought my car in for an estimate, they called me 4 hours later and couldnt logically explain the problem with my car but told me I needed to buy a bunch of parts to have installed. Tried to get me to pay for more parts then I actually needed. Didnt make any sense. Lady on the phone didnt know the answer to any of my questions and kept making stuff up. Frustrating and overpriced/rip-off.

I have been taking my cars (a Saab and a Toyota Sienna) here for years. Tony is honest and does excellent work. The entire staff is helpful and accommodating. George once removed a rock that got stuck in my wheel and was making an awful sound. It only took him a few minutes. I wanted to pay him but he said he did it because he appreciated my business.

They managed to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot the emergency electrical issue that suddenly cropped up, and got me setup for an appointment later that week. I cant recommend them enough!

A brake lamp on my Honda Odyssey came on. I gave Advance European a ring and Chip told me to bring it in so they could take a look at the bulbs. Fixed in five minutes, gave me an extra bulb, and wouldnt take my money. Top notch service!
