German Auto Service maintains my Mercedes SL55 AMG, my SLK and my BMW convertible. Chris and his team are professional right down to customer interaction and the layout of the shop...you could eat off the floors. When they quote a price, thats it. When they diagnose a problem, its clear they have their customer in mind first. Ive been in the shop and have watched countless customers walk out the door, happy with their service excellence. I recently purchased a used BMW X5. After a short period of time I discovered that there was an oil leak. It turned out to the leak was very hard to find. Chris and Ali were persistent in finding the leak, worked with me on my schedule, provided courtesy drop off to my office when I left the car at the shop. They were always responsive to my phone calls and took time to explain the situation at every step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend German Auto service to anyone with a BMW.
