This is a terrible shop. I sent my daughter in to have her spark plugs changed so that I could save some time; She got charged $150.00 to hook up to a computer to get the codes out, plus another $19.95 for a look-over; no problem. What they quoted was over $1,000 worth of un-necessary repairs because shea an 18 year old girl and didnt know any better. They charge $24.00 for a $9.00 spark plug ..., and a couple of hundred dollars for a rotor that was in fact already new. Very bad experience; Ill never use Firestone again. AVOID.

The worst place I have ever gone to. They call it a complete Autocare and when I went there, they do only a few tire services. They charged me 60$ to look at a noise and could not even hear the noise. I had to go again after 6 hours and show them what the noise was. Would never go there again. The car was right outside his door and there were no customers behind me. He could not come outside to check the car for a minute.WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER.

Most of the time i work on my own truck but since i didnt have the proper tools for a particular job I brought to the Firestone in front of the mall. I got four tires and an alignment, and although the wait was about 3 hours, the car handles Sooo much better after they did what they did. This store seems to be popular because not only for location, but the knowledge of staff and how they seem to actually care.

Ive being coming here for years, for my vehicles services. The staff has always been friendly and honest, which is important to me. Ive been treated unfairly by other auto mechanic shops, because Im a female. The location is great, your options with occupying time can be walking around the mall, if you so choose, etc....

These goons bent my hood hinge when I want in for an oil change, and when I pointed it out to them, they accused me of trying to scam free repair work out of them. The manager said it must have been that way when I came in. Totally scummy - dont waste your money here, theyre beyond incompetent.

Firestones best value is the lifetime alignment package you pay one time and you can bring your car in at no further cost to have it aligned every six months.

Waited for almost a day just to get my fleet maintenance done (Oil Change, Oil Filter Replaced and Tire Rotation). Im a bit disappointed
