Took one of my cars here for a transmission issue - they couldnt find an issue but said I needed a tuneup. Allowed them to do the work only for my car to run rough as all heck when they were done. by the time I arrived home my check engine light was on... Jacked the car up and checked it out - they failed to connect two of my plug wires... Very sloppy work at a very high price. I doubt Ill ever go back.

I ask the one of the employees or managers, I think his name was John at the Aamco in Richmond, "Hey, Im having some symptoms with my transmission". "What do you think it might be". He replies sarcastically, "Put the phone up to the car so I can hear it".. It was pulling teeth to get any information. Not a real customer service orientated guy. These guys are rip off artists...

AAMCO is the best place to be, my problem was solved within a twinkle of an eye. I feel very confident that they know what they are doing and will take care me. Its nice to know that i have found a repair shop that i can trust.
