Horrible experience at the Jiffy Lube in Gresham. I took my car in during my lunchbreak before a long weekend. My car was running fine, but I was planning on a trip with my wife out of town and was due for an oil change. Of course they disconnected some things (like one of the small computer units) in order to try to sell me a bunch of additional services I did not need or want. Long story short they forgot to reconnect what they had disassembled at it caused the mast air flow to no longer work. The guy initially could not even get the car out of the stall. He finally figured out it would drive if he revved the engine while applying the brake to control the speed. Black smoke was everywhere. I had to get back to work and they agreed to fix it. When I returned, they told me who to contact but then eventually denied it was their fault. They gave me the runaround for several months. One time while there at the facility, a guy took me aside and said this happened often because technicians get minimal training and are told to work fast. He told me I could get it taken care of, but to expect it to take several months of perseverance. I eventually decided it was just not worth my time. It cost $700-900 to fix and I never went back there again. Needless to say, my weekend plans with my wife were ruined and the time I spent trying to get them to rectify the situation were hours Ill never get back. Horrible experience. Ive never again had my car serviced at a Jiffy Lube and never again intend to.

Friendly service. But every time Ive gone in or talked to someone whos gone in here they have messed something up on their car. First time I went in around 10 years ago they put my radiator hose through the fan (I have no idea how they accomplished this feat) and ruined the hose (which was not cheap). 4-5 years later they messed with the pcv valve, which threw a switch on the computer. Not the worst thing in the world, but they claimed that it came in like that. For some reason I went back to them last year thinking that maybe they switched management and it would be better. I was wrong. They messed up my oxygen sensor, and then didnt know what it even was. I played dumb to see if they would fix it for me, and it took them over half an hour of searching online to figure out what it was. Then when I said they needed to fix it one of the workers said his brother would fix it for me in his garage. The lack of intelligence with this gentlemen forced me to assume that his sibling might have the same defect, and for that I denied him the pleasure of ruining my vehicle further. It should be noted that even the manager didnt know what an oxygen sensor was... Please avoid this shady place. And never take your daughters there either! I suspect that with the legalization of pot this place will soon be up in smoke, and so will your car.

Ive gone to this location several times with no real issues. But today when I went in for a signature service oil change I was in and out in a few minutes (which I thought was strange because I usually have to wait 20 minutes for an oil change alone) but I figured since they had a lot of staff today maybe that was why. As I drove home I noticed some plastic parts and a screw were sitting on the floor on my passenger side. I had no clue what they went to and I was already 20 minutes down the freeway so there was no point in me turning around to have Jiffy Lube put the parts back where they belong so I drove home and asked my father to fix it (which he did in like 1 minute). I understand that they were busy at the time of my visit but I feel like its unprofessional to take parts off and not replace them especially when it only takes a minute... Im just glad they didnt forget to replace a part that wouldve been vital to my car...

I used this Jiffy Lube a few times before with no problem, but things have changed. The last time I went in I felt very rushed and they werent particularly friendly. A few hours after getting an oil change there, my car broke down. I found the cause to be that they had given me the wrong oil filter so it fell off and I lost all of my oil. Several attempts were made to put the filter back in but it was completely the wrong filter. When I came in the next day (they were closed when it happened) and showed them the incorrect oil filter and told them what happened, they insisted it was the right filter and would not refund me for the incorrect filter or the oil lost by their poor service. They were also very rude about it. I would definitely avoid this Jiffy Lube at all costs.

I have a 2016 Maxima that I took in there just about a month ago now and I just noticed it was leaking oil all over the bottom of my car and now starting to drip on the ground not very happy with this place I mean you do oil and cant even do it right makes me very upset my car only has 38,000 miles on it and now has oil all over the bottom that it did not have before these guys touched it dont ever let them touch your car unless you dont care about it I would of given a zero star but thats not a option

So after my oil change, I pulled over to reset my oil indicator because they could not figure it out. I threw the car in reverse and right in front of the store, a part fell off my car. After getting the part put back on, and no compensation for my wasted time, I headed home. The next day I drove 4 hours to have my car blow up. This place sucks.

WARNING I would never use this jiffy lube. They put too much oil in my car and blew out a main seal. This is a $1000 job. I would sue them if I could prove it in a court of law. These people should be wearing a mask when they are changing your oil because they are robbing you.

My first time here was a great experience. The guys were super nice and informative. The wait was a little longer than anticipated and my car needed a little more maintenance than I thought but they were able to give me a discount and rotate my tires for free.

Great advice on the phone. Brought my car in to have the AC looked at, they got my car in instantly. Opened the doors for me (I was carrying my newborn) and they got us out in under 30mins. Everyone was friendly and my AC is blowing cold!

Went in for an oil change, these idiots used a machine to tighten the plug and cracked my oil pan, of course they tried to play it off like it was already there and tried to charge me to fix it. Dont even come here if youre desperate.

I think they forgot what signature service was, my trucks winshield and mirrors were not cleaned, I had to wait 45 min before my truck was serviced, Im pretty sure they used the same filter but I have no proof, haha
