I discovered Woodinville Sports Car soon after moving to the Seattle area from the Midwest, and it was absolutely the best thing thats ever happened to my little Audi TT and myself. I had what I thought was an electronic glitch which kept the engine light on for over 10 years. Had taken it to sports car specialists over that period of time, and after thousands of dollars, the light was still on. With just three days before my license was due to expire, my car flunked the emissions test. Josh got me right in to Woodinville Sports Car and they not only fixed the problem which caused the engine light to go on, but Josh even took my car to the testing station to facilitate getting my license renewed. Now thats what I call exceptional customer service! I would recommend Woodinville Sports Car sincerely and from any point of view. These guys are the best, and nothing but the best for my auto. Through this review, I want to thank you all for keeping me on the road, but more importantly, for keeping me safe on the road!

I was lucky enough to have found Rick and the great crew at Woodinville Sports Cars almost 6 years ago after taking my BMW to a "big name" independent shop in Bellevue for some time. I have always been treated fairly and I always come away confident that only what really needs to be done to the car now is what is done. I cant count how many times theyve told me that they want to monitor possible issues on the car rather than rush in and fix it now. After 22 years in Woodinville wife and I recently moved to Bellevue, but I still take my 330 back to Rick and the crew at Woodinville Sports Cars and will continue to because I know Im getting high quality work at reasonable rates.

Friendly Customer Service. My V70 Volvo threw a timing belt during an evening commute. Had it towed there on a referral from another Woodinville shop. Bob and his crew had my issue diagnosed, and an answer to me the next day. Even though the news wasnt good, they mentioned my repairs should be under warranty from my other repair shop, allowed me to leave the vehicle over a holiday weekend, and helped my wife get it towed back to the other shop. My wife called me when done and said: These guys are so helpful. We should go back there next time." Yes, I had NO WORK DONE HERE, but we wouldnt hesitate to take our Volvo there for everything else. -RB

Recently I had my Audi into WSC for a few odd ball repairs and it had been a while since I had needed any service for my car and I had forgotten what a friendly shop and comfortable atmosphere WSC can be. You walk away from there feeling like you are in good hands and that they are not doing any work unnecessarily. I think they are a very honest shop and have your best interests at heart. When you are a female who has no clue about car repair that is very important to me. I got a loaner car for a couple of days while my car was being worked on and it was very seamless. Thank-you

The WSC staff is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous to the their customers. The availability of the loaner cars is a definite plus, and their prices on both parts and labor are far better than many other shops that I have quoted in the area. Incredible Service! The team here really knows their stuff. They were able to quickly and thoroughly diagnose and issue with my vehicle that the local dealer could not even begin to get to the bottom of. The steps involved in diagnosing, repairing, and testing the vehicle were clearly explained. They even kept the damaged parts to show me what the problem had been. Very honest and quick work.

Woodinville Sports Cars always takes care of my cars and are completely honest with what needs to be done now and what may be an issue later. They have taken care of my last two cars: Blink (black MINI) and Maxamillion aka "Max" (red GTI). They are timely with repairs and check-ups and if they need it longer they are willing to make arrangements for a loaner car.

Wouldnt use any one else! It is so nice to be able to buy a car -- used, high maintenance, or an everyday run about -- and have it be a worry free car thanks to WSC.

The guys are courteous and are glad to take their time to explain whats going on. On occasion they will even put the Tech/Mech on the phone and well hash out whats in need to be repaired and what can wait until next maintenance opportunity. I would totally and have suggested them to other people.

These guys are topnotch with Audi issues. I love that they have a loaner car and email me all updates. I think the price is right and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and sometimes even funny. I recommend WSC with five starts.
