Honest, Accurate and Fair. My girlfriend knows nothing about cars and they have had plenty of chances to take advantage of her and yet they never do. They fix her car and when I suggested a incorrect diagnosis (that would have cost her more money), they let me know that I was wrong and it would be a wasted expense. I recently brought a car by that I was going to purchase and they did a diagnositic evaluation for $120. It took more than an hour, included a test drive, and they explained many things that I was unaware of from my test ride. Over the next year of owning the car I had them repair each of the items by priority when I could afford it. The work is always done on time and I believe the prices are more than fair. I am amazed that reviewers complain of the diagnostic charge. It costs time and time is money. The computer gives an often vague code: ex. fuel system. But figuring what in the fuel system is the problem takes time.

I was surprised and disappointed by this place when I took my Subaru there for a smog test. They did a complete test on all systems and came back with a report that sounded like my car was falling apart. I needed a catalytic converter for starters and at there price estimate of $1,000 just for that (I knew I couldnt afford it and asked whether there are refurbished ones as my car is a 2002..they said no, there was no other way), and breaks were at %2!!! Well, I called a place in SR where they put in a universal CC for under $500...then I went to Malugani Tire to check breaks and they said theyre fine and I should wait 6 mos and then come by for pads and alignment...so for $500 my car was fine where at this place $1,000 was just the beginning...I will not go back!

I have taken my car to CR Automotive for several years now. They are a good team with a nice communication style -- they take the time to explain what needs to be done and will often show you a part theyve replaced so you can see for yourself what the problem was. I like that they itemize and prioritize the various repairs so that I dont have to get everything done at one time. Also, its easy to make appointments using their online tool. The email reminders for when theres a service due, do help keep me on track.

I was referred to C R Automotive by my neighbor. We dropped in one morning, no appointment, and the owner answered all my questions. He heard that I was leaving the next day for a road trip and invited me to bring the car in to have its "vitals" checked. He did not charge me for this service! I was so impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge about cars in general! I would not hesitate to recommend C R Automotive to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

CR Automotive is great. I honestly say that I am lazy with my car, meaning I dont bring my car into shop unless something is actually broken. But every time after I bring my car to CR Automotive, I am confident that it will come out running smoothly. Excellent experience in every way. Damian understood the situation with my 1998 van rear window and was able to solve the non-function problem with the installation of an after-market motor in an extremely efficient way. Isabel, in the office, is a paragon of efficiency and thoughtfulness. CR is definitely worth the effort to find a friend to drive you to and from your appointment.

Work done as requested and in time promised - routine mtc. They pointed out tie rod end replacement and catalytic converter work that needs to be done and gave costs. Have been using them for years on vehicles. Tie - rod work, alignment, tire rotation, slow leak all scheduled at our convenience. Work completed per estimated cost and was done at promised time.

Went to CR for the first time with my Mercedes Sprinter to replace the front brakes and rotors. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I soon have to replace my rear brakes and will definitely go back to see Darwin and the rest of the crew when I need more work done on my Sprinter.
