I told Dave I just wanted be healthy. So he designed a workout program that was completely different than what I had been doing in the past. He introduced me to a new exercise routine that involved cardio, weight lifting and isometric components in what seems to be some standard old exercises. He taught me about the total time under tension for you muscles and challenged me to slow my motion down. It was very hard at first and I was not sure if I was getting results. But my lady friends noticed I was looking better due to improved posture. The scale revealed I was losing about two pounds a week. Best of all, I feel better through out the day. I highly recommend that you talk to Dave but most importantly - listen to Dave. Youll get results.

No frills, good management, clean, has all the machines and free weights needed. Two squat racks. Also has well-maintained locker rooms. For $18/month without a contract, cant beat it.

An average gym, slightly older and cheaper than the others gyms in the area. It is not open 24h but opens 4am to 11pm on weekdays which is pretty awesome.
