Three times they have not delivered a package that I ordered back in May, its now August. I would also give Amazon a poor rating because they allow this company to be affiliated with the product we ordered. But at least Amazon answers the phone and has concerns. Ceva is just flat out non-responsive and arrogant. They must have so many customers that they can stick it to us with no regard to customer service. The first time I gave them a pass. The second time made me upset. The third time is just in-excusable. Now we wait for the forth attempt.

I just received an item from this organization, that I did not order! I have tried to call them and the phone rings five or six times and then hangs up. I am going to report them to the consumer fraud as well as BBB. Do not use these guys and dont go onto their site. Seems to me all you have to do is look on their site and they somehow make it a purchase.
