Terrible! these people had the wrong address notice for my package, would hardly answer the phone, when they did i was always disconnected. So i went down to the USPS it was supposed to be at just to be sent to the main office! after waiting in line for a long time a Hispanic or maybe Filipino finally came for the pickup only around 2:15pm and tried to tell me my package wasnt there and i was telling her it was and before i could finish explaining she cut me off put her finger in my face and said dont get smart! Of course Then I actually did get smart and wouldve taken more action had I not had somewhere to be! that Miserable sad excuse for an employee is about to cause major problems at that office that dont need to occur when she messes with the wrong person. And after that awful woman got my package she slammed the door on the person behind me waiting to get his letter. She needs to keep her problems at home. Please hire professional employees and let ones like her go!

AWFUL! I dont understand how many complaints to the service center it takes before something is done about this! Ive had to file 3 complaints within 1 week. Last week when I filed a claim for my missing mail that I hadnt received in 3 days, suddenly that night at 8:30 PM they delivered ALL the packages I was missing. HOW is that not suspicious?! All of which they claimed was delivered on all these different days. Now, yesterday a package made it all the way out for delivery and is suddenly undeliverable as addressed. HOW? When the address is correct on the tracking info! Im pissed! My next step will be contacting 7 ON YOUR SIDE and get this location on the news and exposed for the liars and thieves they are! It makes no sense that people cant do their job! I dont know about anybody else but I need my mail!

I had a package say it was delivered and when i checked my mailbox it wasnt there. . Im the only one with a key to my box. The item was only a 10$ book. I had left for a week and the package was in the box for 10 days and another book i had purchased a couple of days after purchasing the first one. When I arrived back home there was only the package i purchased days after the first package that was in my box but i had confirmations stating that both packages were there this happen also to another person in the neighborhood. The package is scaned than placed in the box thats how i know its in the box but if i check it and its not in there and no signs of the box being pried open than i have to believe it was someone who has access to the box so it is hard to trust this postal service.

This is the worst post office with the worst customer service. I went to pick up my mail yesterday because supposedly our mailbox was tampered with, however there is no evidence of this on the box. The lady at the window told me that there is no mail for me without even checking. I asked her to check and she stated that she checked for the lady before me so she was sure that there was no mail for me either. She had no information about where my mail was, when the box would be fixed and was completely unhelpful. Weve been through this before a few months ago and then one day they just decided to start putting mail back in the boxes even though they never changed the box or the lock. This post office should be investigated.

I was expecting to receive a package from Amazon last Friday but the online package tracking said it was delivered in my box on Thursday. I checked my mail on Saturday and the package was not there. I didnt receive a notice saying that it was at the post office and the post office is not reachable by phone or email (completely ignored). The Pittsburg USPS is horrible and this is not the first time my mail has gone "missing" without any notice. They are obviously stealing peoples mail and getting away with a federal crime. They need to be stopped and I will be filing a Federal complaint against them.

Tried to sabotage our mail delivery because they say my dog was outside and unrestrained... This was a joke as it was a day that nobody was home and dog was locked in the house with only access to the backyard. I then had an investigation started and mail service was returned at no inconvenience to me... Mail has now gone undelivered for weeks and Im forced to file another complaint. These people dont even want to do their jobs which we as tax payers, PAY FOR!!! They all need to be fired as to clean house of these spiteful and irresponsible employees!

Today the post man try to spray my dog. I said to him I cant saw you because this house the door its its litter far front of the house. I cant see how coming to my house. And the man said you dog its out again I never you received the correspondence. I said Im sorry I cant saw you. I called the supervisor and explain the situation. The postman bring the correspondence in different times. The first postman bring the correspondence is a great person. I think its like asiatic man. He very great service. He every smile always.

They steal packages, they mark them as delivered even though you havent received your packages, they team up with other employees to steal packages, they wont give you the corporate number to report them or put them under investigation, they are extremely rude my package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and they act like they were going to redeliver it, then I called back and they said they didnt have it. They lied to the sender saying it was delivered do not trust them. Use another usps or service provider.

This post office sucks! They left me a slip saying that my package is at the post office at Railroad ave, I go there and they tell me its at BayPoint, I go to BayPoint and my package isnt there! Its crazy! Now I dont know where my package is and they are giving my the run around! I called them many times to talk to a manager, but no one picks up the damn phone! With all these bad reviews, you would that the government would notice and do something about the customer service and mail missing!

This is my local post office and I often go here to ship items as a seller. The post office is small and not very managed. The workers do their job but the counters inside the office are a mess. Wait times for passports are pain painstakingly long. Since there is usually only one worker to attend to people. The workers here are not very nice at times but those are only a few of them. Overall not too bad of a post office.. There are far worse..

They are very lazy! They dont want to do help you! Worst people I have ever seen. They yell at you for their mistakes! Dont go there for passport service, they just close the whole post office for no reason. Even if you ask them about Passport questions, they just say "Passport services are from 10 to 3, no questions are available" They are so stupid too! I hate those lazy, good for nothing, jerks!! Hate this office!
