Yesterday, I received a a card from the mail carrier informing me that my 10 year old son had a package that he/she could not deliver. The card told me to pick up the package at the 4750 J st PO. Today I drove there, waited in line and was told by an employee (who was training a newbee) that because my address was in the 95818 zip, the package was not at the J st PO, but at the Alhambra PO. She explained that the carrier simply left the wrong preprinted card. I thanked her and drove to Alhambra. After waiting in line again, I was told that the package was not there either. While the one employee was checking, another employee told me that it should be at the Broadway PO. A few minutes later, the employee who was waiting on me told me that he had called the Broadway PO and that the package was in fact there. Kudos to him. He made the extra call and confirmed the location of the package, but what does that say about the other 2 USPS employees (1 of which was a trainer) who didnt bother and sent me away, wasting 1 hour of my time.

I sent my girlfriend an ipod nano, charger, and $15 iTunes gift card from this facility. It has been several weeks and she has still not gotten them, despite the fact that the woman who helped me stated it would be to her in 3 to 5 business days. I would just like to let everybody know not to trust sending anything at all with this unreliable dung heap of a post office and spend your valuable time and small sending fee somewhere else, especially if you actually care about your package getting somewhere instead of one of the employees most likely taking it. If they delete this review, it is certain that they do not want anyone knowing they are human trash and scumbags who make people waste large amounts of money on their unreliable services.
