I dont like to leave negative reviews but Im hoping that the post office will read this and take it into consideration. Once I was out of town and my mailbox was overfilled and so I went to the post office to pick up mail. The post office employee yelled at me saying that Im part of the reason why theyre expenses are so high because I did not check my mail when I was out of town and my mail was returned to the office. Then she proceeded to accuse me of doing it constantly and this was only my first time. I later watched her yell at another person and this was around the holidays. She blamed the other person for not being able to check her mail also. The other person clearly explained that she could not check her mailbox daily as she is a mother of two small children and the employee at the post office told her that its not that hard to check her mail daily. Finally, my neighborhood started a Facebook page so that we can message each other about mail that has been delivered to the wrong door step. I understand delivering mail can be cumbersome because of the cold weather and everyone that receives mail is very appreciative of all the hard work involved. But please do not yell at us and please deliver our packages on time to our houses as we depend upon you to pay our bills on time.

Generally the people that work here are very rude and lack any customer service skills which surprises me because they work in a business thats very customer oriented? I saw one woman practically yell at this elderly man while he was trying to mail packages for his wife because he didnt know what was inside them. Then when he called and asked his wife, he was trying to pay with her bank card and the lady got an attitude with him again because he didnt know her PIN number. Very sad and infuriating because this is every day treatment for the folks in our town. Also, my packages are constantly delivered to the wrong addresses, or lost completely and Im basically told to deal with it. I pay money for shipping and its ridiculous to not receive my items and be yelled at and given attitude when I ask where they are.. Two stars rather than one because the carrier that comes to my area is actually very sweet and works long hours. The people that work inside the office however need to find a different job.

Over the last year Ive had to track packages down many times. Sometimes they are left at other houses. Sometimes tracking says "delivered" and theyre not. Sometimes they are in a parcel locker but they dont leave the key. Sometimes they are left at my house (where I want them). I think my mail person is lazy, and that is the only reason packages are left in the lock boxes. Sometimes Ive had to call the post office only to find that my package was in their back room even though it said "delivered" on tracking. Sometimes things have been lost all together. Most disturbing, sometimes I receive other peoples mail. When I call, I usually get an apathetic response that lacks any customer service quality or apology. If I could, Id pay another carrier to eliminate them completely, even if it cost more money. Based on other reviews, this has been happening for a long time. Another crappy government program.

Packages not delivered to your door only 4 houses from the main road - Cedar Falls Rd. USPS will leave a "sorry we missed you notice" in the main mailbox out on the road -even though they never attempted to deliver it. On Saturdays you have to wait several more days to go to the post office to pick up your package. The road was not blocked, weather was clear.... I am an Amazon Prime Member and I called to register a complaint with Amazon to not utilize the USPS for their deliveries in North Bend WA. Sometimes selective mail was opened, or mail is often delivered to wrong address for the Mountain View Community -near SE 170th street zip 98045- I dont know how many times I get my neighbors sensitive mail. I know other folks on the road get the wrong mail pretty consistently. Amazon mentioned numerous complaints have been registered.

Ordered a few things from amazon and was super excited to get them especially since I got one day shipping on them for free. 3 days later still hadnt received the packages and thought it was a problem on amazons side so I decided to check out tracking feature on the app and at last I had found out they were delivered but they were delivered to the wrong box. I called them to see if they could help me and the lady was super rude (It was pissing me off and im usually a pretty cool headed guy). So I told her I would figure it out myself and thanks for the no help. The package luckily was put into one of my family members box and I was able to get them. I feel bad for the people who didnt get as lucky as me.

A presidential proclamation was issued Friday, Oct 2nd, for flags to be lowered at all federal agencies in honor of the victims of the Oregon shooting and all post offices were sent email notifications to lower their flags. As of Sunday afternoon the flags at both the North Bend and Snoqualmie Post Offices were still full staff. In response to my Consumer Affairs complaint a message was received that they received the notification at closing time Friday which was too late to lower the flag in North Bend and lowered it first thing Monday morning. Thats fine but what about Saturday when the post office is open! Retail Hours Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm Sat 10:00am - 2:00pm Sun Closed

Horrible service, rude and lazy employees. Packages are never delivered on time, they state lies on their online tracking to prevent complaints ( saying they attempted delivery and we werent home- we were every single time!) and to avoid refunds on packages that were expedited shipping but werent delivered on time. They never pick up the phone so we always have to drive there to hunt down packages. If it woud be possible Id give 0 stars. They are the worst post office-worst business in the country. I wish someone from upper USPS management would actually read these reviews and do something about it.

This is by far the worst post office I have experienced. Even since they took over Amazon deliveries in the area, we have had several shipments go missing. Attempts to reach them by phone are worthless, and staff at the office is always rude. We have had other outgoing and incoming mail go missing too (checks, car titles, and other fairly significant stuff) and to this office it seems to be business as usual. Getting a secure mailbox from them does not seem to be an option, and a PO box a logistical nightmare (and probably would not guarantee not missing our mail handled by these people anyway).

Horrible horrible service. Youre a federal employee. Earn your benefits. This might as well be a McDonalds with the amount of intelligence, and work ethic. Took a week and a half for a registered 2 day letter. LETTER! Not to mention, they can randomly decide whether or not your home is VACANT! Nope, still live here. I leave for a few days at a time. So maybe dont put 10lbs of junk mail in my box daily, and it wont full up! I will be reporting this location
