my husband was waiting on a package but had put the wrong address due to our recent move so he went to the post office to see if the package was there ..while waiting in line a rude older woman yelled NEXT and after he explained the situation to her she said she remembered his packages and said she was personally sending them back to China ...wtf?? even though they were addressed to Watsonville ?? regardless if that is the proper protocal the fact remains that she was totally rude and disrespectful to my husband. She actually looked him in the eyes and yelled NEXT! Oh my God she is lucky I was not there..i wish you didnt have someone so rude dealing with customers since the post office already has to increase the price of stamps cause of computers and other package delivery companies. Its like The Watsonville Post Office is not even trying to keep people coming back to use it instead of somewhere else..which is what we are going ton do.

I dont what retard had my package but they didnt listen to my instructions.i called them yesterday that i couldnt pick up my package at my local usps so they said "we will deliver it in the mailbox or by the gate" then today i track my package and it says availble for pickup instead of delivered in mailbox. Amazon shouldnt use usps in watsonville beacuse they are stubborn and their service is honestly trash.they just dont know how to deliver packages. I already told them to leave it by the gate or in the mailbox but they still didnt deliver i wish i could give them 0 stars. Overall their service is trash.I recommend you use a different usps and not the one in watsonville.

The postal carrier who delivers my mail is disrespectful. We are supposed to get the weekly sales on Tuesday. If Im lucky, they might show up on Wednesday {not this week, still waiting). He told me to complain to his supervisor. Cant do that as no phone numbers listed.

Lost my package tracking says its at the facility for two weeks. Nearly impossibly to get anyone to answer the phone on hold for an hour, then they have a post master from Ohio call me back to tell me the package is in California.
