Where do I start!!!! I have been a member of this gym for over 20 years. (No exaggeration). Last year I paid for 10 sessions with a balance and core trainer. After 2 sessions with her the gym fired about 4 of its personal trainers. With my luck the lovely lady that trained me was let go. When I asked for a refund for the remaining 8 sessions the manager said that he would credit my account. Months went by and no credit was ever issued. Later when I asked about my refund the same manager said SORRY TOO MUCH TIME has passed!! WTF! Last month I walked in and asked them to cancel my membership. The girl gave me a runaround about how their system was down and she had to call the other location? I waited for about 20 mins until some guy from the back office asked "HEY BRO WHY ARE YOU CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP”? I replied "THANK YOU FOR ASKING" and went on to explain my story. After explaining my situation. He agreed to refund me for 2 months and freeze my account for 6 months. He suggested I give them 1 more chance in 6 months. by the the remodel will be completed he said. I agreed, shook his hand and walked out. Today I checked my credit card bill to see not only did he not refund me the 2 months that he promised he actually charged me $54.00 this for this month. I am so frustrated with this place!!! Stay away! The new ownership is driving the place to the ground!!!!

I signed up to this gym because it didnt have the body odor scent that most gyms have but do feel that the membership fees are quite overpriced. I spoke to different gym members after signing up and found out that I paid a lot more than they did. Do yourself a favor and ask other members during your tour how much they paid or are currently paying and negotiate with the sales rep. Im giving this gym a 1 star because I felt ripped off, knowing that when I walk in through the doors, I will always see my sales reps eyes with big dollar signs. They also will increase your fees without telling you, they LOVE to rent out the space for film shoots (they claim to put the money toward improving the gym - like upgrading the hand soap to include a hint of lotion), and they dont keep their politics to themselves. Also, those ladies out there, be careful where you park at night cause the one security guard won’t hear and wont see you in the dark parking lot when you cry out rape.

Had to rate because I was shocked to see impossibly high rating for current state of the gym. Was great gym (20 years ago). Now disgusting. Equipment rusty and falling apart, bathrooms moldy/gross, some staff unfriendly & hostile. Group exercise schedule limited, no ongoing supervision/training. When instructor leaves they dont hire, they eliminate the class or give class to remaing instructor. ie 1 yoga teacher does 90% of classes. So I also pay to take classes at a good yoga studio. at least the new owner fixed the pool that had been closed for months/year? Shame to see such a premium club deteriate to this. Hopefully new owner will bring it back, but improvements are slow and priorities seem out of order (bathrooms will be the last thing they do). Was family friendly, now my family belong elsewhere. I would have left too, if it wasnt so close and for a few delightful staff & friends.

Once I came to this club with my friend as a guest and cub manager asked me to have a promotional membership for a month and I was agree with him and gave them my information and... Now every time I come to this club they have something new for me, "my name not in computer, they dont have membership card to give me, every time I want come to the club to try I have to wait and waste 15min plus complications to go through my information again, and consequently today I came after a week and twent days past from one month trial they asked me to get and they want me to sign up a one years contract or I can not get into the club. I never asked them to give me fhe promotions or something like that they offered to me and now they try to use advantage of me. NEVER TRUST THIS CLUB

Theft is high both in mens and womans lockers. My phone was stolen last year and my wife had her purse stolen. Watch your belongings. Staff in management is indifferent towards victims of theft. Last year a yoga instructor was sexually assaulted there. Since new ownership complaints have sky rocketed and owners simply dont respond. Ive been a long time member when it used to be mid valley racket ball center (same facility). Owners are taking over 2 years to upgrade and work is going snail speed and half the facility is always under construction and with cheap material and substandard workmanship. Seriously ready to dump this place. One star is by force to post this.

Hate the new staff. Hate the new gym and its restrictions and rules. I understand its a business but the way they treat their members compared to when it was actually a family operated "360 health club" is complete crap unless if you want to dish out $100+ a month instead the regular $60 a month membership. Theres not one time this gym is fully functioning correctly. For example a shower is out of order, theyre out of clean towels, the ice machine doesnt work, theres a leak through the roof, a tile on steam floor is broken. List goes on... Brooke is the only person to go to though. Shes been there for a while and knows the ins and outs of that gym!

Used to be a better gym, went under new management and has greatly declined. The price for this gym used to be high and now they raised it even higher. Funny considering the gym has also gotten worse. They claim to be remodeling but have made no progress since and only have been taking away from the gym since. The worse part about the gym is employment and management. The way its run its as if they have no regard for their customers and dont give a damn to give you good service. Dont be fooled by the amenities it offers, they are not too standards. Would not recommend and highly suggest they change before they lose my business.

360 is a little out of the way for me, but well worth it. They have great facilities, lots of equipment - always clean and never crowded - lockers and towel service - a great little cafe - basketball courts, a swimming pool, boxing rings, the whole deal! And the best part - this gym is 100% sleaze free. The people are friendly, but you can get a great workout without feeling like you are on display at a meat market (I am talking to you, 24 hour fitness.) If you come to the gym to exercise and not to stave off advances from desperate juice-junkies, 360 is your gym!

This place is fantastic!! You would never expect to find such an amazing gym in the area it is in. It has any equipment you could want, incredible group exercise classes, a pool, huge hottub, 2 basketball courts, a boxing ring, sqush courts and so much more. It also has a cafe that serves the most amazing steak sandwiches and $8 pitchers of beer. What other health club can you go to and order beer??!!! It has everything you need for a gym, but it is so much more than a gym. It is also a really great place to just hang out!!
