I like this gym very much and everything it has to offer. Although I dont recommend getting a personal trainer here and if you do make sure to not do the same mistake I did and do your research. I trusted this female trainer because she was recommend to me by many people I knew. I started training with her and I never signed no contract nothing and she wanted me to pay her only in cash. On one of the sessions I got hurt she had put on to much weights and I lost balance. A few days later I found out someone else had gotten hurt by this trainer. She was unprofessional and I wanted my money back until this day she still owes me around $200 dollars. She refused to give me my money back and said that whenever Im ready I can come back to continue with my sessions. On top of having a fractured bone and a hospital bill. I find out she is not even legal to work here she has a visa and has moved from California. Her name still shows on the bright orange cards that the gym offers if your looking for a personal trainer.

TERRIBLE experience. I was on the fence about a membership, but I was assured at the time I signed up that I could cancel after six months with a $50 fee if I found I wasnt using the gym. When I called the billing company to cancel I was told I could only terminate due to a relocation more than 25 miles away or a medical condition (and you have to send in proof of either). I called the gym back to ask why they had told me otherwise, and was transferred to the girl who had signed me up. When I told her I felt the gym had been misleading, her response was "Our agreements arent very long, you should have read it." The one personal training session I had was a disaster. Check out other gyms in the area before you consider this one.

You have to consider anything over 2years irrelevant. also if you loose your tags all gyms charge a stupid amount, and all gyms make cancellation a pain in the ass go month to month to avoid this. Review time so Ive been to all gym in town I thought the newer ones were better, nope they just charge more for nothing. This gym has the best gear in town flat out best pool area (in shape had a bad pool-poop problem led to a pink eye out break) great saunas and more non-weight based training than all others combined, and ots not over crowded by a bunch of flabby douches acting like that too cool for the world

I love the womens area and the cardio movie theater. (: They also have an awesome core zone and the dry sauna in the locker rooms always helps me relax after a good workout. I have yet to try the wet sauna and pool room (yes there is a jacuzzi!) due to the large amount of elderly people who hangout in there. However I plan on checking it out very soon! The only reason Im giving Western 4 stars is because I wish they were open a little later, but I suppose you cant have your cake and eat it too; especially at a gym.

The staff here is really friendly. Have a good amount of equipment to exercise. If you get a chance try out their classes. All the instructors are great. You want a really good workout I would recommend to try the Heathers class. There are two both are great.

I was surprised to find the negative reviews here. I never had a problem with sales people or rude service. If your checking the reviews please be aware there are new owners and the facility has been updated since many of these reviews.

$10 FOR A REPLACEMENT PLASTIC BAR CODE KEY CHAIN TAG? CAN WE SAY PRICE GOUGING? Price gouging is a pejorative term referring to a situation in which a seller prices goods or commodities much higher than is considered reasonable or fair!

Management is a joke, very poor attitude. Claimed to be voted best in the area, wonder why when theres only 1 other gym in town.? You couldnt pay me to workout at Western Village.

Theyve renovated, and the facility is beautiful! A great assortment of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, a pool, and saunas! Staff is always friendly.
