Worst car repair shop I have ever been to. I had a 2001 volzwagen jetta with 120,000 miles on it break down one day and I took it to their shop to have them fix it to make it run again. Long story short I ended up taking the car back to them 5 times paying for the tow service every time and after 6 months of going back and forth and waiting on my car to get fixed all I got back was the same problem over and over again where after 50 miles of driving it the engine light would come on and the car would again not run and once again stuck on the highway waiting for a tow truck. After spending over $600 on tow service I was left with my car in the same condition as when I gave the car to them. I was left with a 4,800 dollar bill on a 2001 Jetta that after 6 months was given to me in the same condition. I refused to pay and was taken to Court by Adamson Auto for $4,800 that I couldnt even end up showing up to the court date because of a family emergency last minute. So I have to end up paying them $4,800 when all I could sell my car for was $350 because it wasnt drive-able. Worst decision I have ever made period!

Adamson Auto is a great shop. They have great people that are good to work with and full of knowledge. They take care of the customer and have the family based atmosphere. Very trustworthy and honest people. They take of our fleet of about 35 trucks and keep us on the road. With any business with a fleet, a down truck is just losing you money. Adamson Auto strives to get our trucks back on the road with repairs completed and our trucks ready to safely get back to work. They keep an excellent record of the maintenance that they have completed and have a good team that catches any other potential issues that may cause vehicular failure down the road. They are not the pushy sales type of automotive shop that comes back to you with a million things that "need done". They are honest and keep true to what actually needs done to your vehicle. Good people like this are the kind of people that make their business succeed and keep returning customers coming back.

Traveling from california to missouri broke down in lincoln Adamson auto was recommended to me by a concerned motorist. job was completed in record time and within the estimate stated. Back on the road in two days won a jackpot at thunder valley just prior to leaving Adamsons. Was called by Adamsons two days into my trip to missouri to see how my trip was going and how well the truck was performing. I would and will recommend Adamsons auto and diesel repair shop every chance I get and have already done so. I also plan on returning to them in the very near future for a scheduled service, even though I live 50 plus miles away. Cant wait to see the guys again. Very Satisfied Customer.

Adamson Auto is simply the best choice! They are knowledgeable, honest, and very timely. I have taken several vehicles to these guys over the last 2 years and have never had a single issue with them. In my experience they seem to know more than the guys at the dealerships! This is especially true when it comes to Fords and diesel trucks in general. It is hard to find a good diesel mechanic these days so these guys are worth their weight in gold as far as I am concerned! Highly recommend.
