I almost never ever write reviews but i I think this place definitely deserves it. I brought my car in to get an estimate on getting my Brake Booster replaced in my Honda. Was willing to leave my car with them till they could get to it to look at it, I just wanted a rough idea of how much the whole deal would cost. I waited 2 hours and heard nothing. Called and the gentlemen I was dealing with Andrew, said to give him 30 min and he would call some places for me and have an idea of what im looking at, which sounded reasonable to me. 3o min later he returns my call only to tell me he had called one vendor in that 30 min, and the part was in Georgia. So Andrew said he would continue looking and give me a call. 4 hours later, I had no idea what was going on with my car, and still had no estimate! So I called the shop and spoke a very rude gentlemen whose name I cannot recall, who seemed to care less that i was unhappy with the quality of service i was receiving. I came to pick up my car only to find out that they had Diagnosed my car and didnt bother to tell me what they found after inspecting it, and was greeted with a rude remark about being impatient because they hadnt fixed my car yet, but THAT WASNT EVEN THE REASON I WAS UPSET!!! They didnt even bother to tell me that they found a nail in my tire before i left either. I went home and found it in the notes they gave me. I wont lie, I did call around to some other shops to see what they would quote me on the brake booster so I would have an idea. EVERY shop i spoke to asked me my symptoms and immediately told me that I was infact correct, that my brake booster was out. When i received the paper work they tried to tell me it was everything BUT the one thing that was wrong with it. I know what worn out brake pads feel like, and i can promise you my issue was not needing new brake pads and replacing a wheel cylinder. Poor customer service and poor attitudes. Definitely would not recommend anyone going there, unless you want to be treated poorly.

I am from out of town and trusted Firestone to help replace a cracked radiator. I made the incorrect assumption that a brand as known as Firestone would warrant an equally impressive reputation. This assumption proved incredibly inaccurate. My car broke down on the FREEWAY not even 20 miles from the shop, endangering the life of my passenger and myself. My car had over-heated and the head gasket blew. The shop denied responsibility, even though their work was on the cooling system of the vehicle. The car was only in my possession for an hour or two after leaving Firestone. I was planning on driving to Oregon and they were well aware of these plans before approving our departure in a vehicle I assumed would to be safe. Im grateful for the traffic that day, otherwise, the scene could have been horrific and potentially fatal. I filed a claim with the company and was assured a third-party contractor would assess the damaged vehicle and Firestones liability. At this point, it had been two weeks since the incident and I was looking forward to the independent contractors inspection. Then I received a call informing me the claim was denied. I asked for the result of the third-party inspection and was told there would be no such inspection; in fact, none was ever even planned. My car was in better condition before bringing it to Firestone! Now my car isnt running and the company decided among itself that it was not liable for any damage. I urge you to seek out any other auto-body shop! Learn from my mistake of trusting Firestone!

Took my car here for oil change and freon around noon. I was told that it will be a few hours and that they will give us a call when they are done with the car. Never got a call that day. So we called the next day around 130pm to see if the car is ready. They said they will check on it and give us a call back. We didnt get a call back right away so we decided to just come, after all, its been there overnight. When we got there, they said that oil change was done but they havent checked if it needed freon. Overnight at the shop and all they have done is an oil change. They said that if we want to still do the freon, it will be another hour. So we decided to say ok since the car was already there and its only an hour more. We went home and 2 hours later we gave them a call to see if the car was ready. They said that they checked the freon and it needed freon but their machine or something is not working so they cant charge the freon. So we had no choice but to pick it up without getting the freon done. We were charged for oil change and charged for checking the freon. I dont understand why we get charge for them checking our freon when they cant do anything to fix it after. This has been so frustrating. We are never going back there again. This review requires me to fill in at least 1 star. If I had a choice, I wouldnt even click one star but I really wanted to share.

I would never recommend them. Had a sound in my rear tire, thought lets diagnose it($67) and do rotation for free because Im the member. Live in apartments and its not easy to access the vehicle. After was informed that I had an issue with two bearing wheels front and rear, was suspicious because it would cost me around $670. They convinced me and did just one rear because the sound was from there. After waiting for whole day took the vehicle back home and the sound was terrible, even worse than when I brought it at the beginning. Actually it was the tire which was making that sound, but I didnt get it at that time, and these guys didnt tell me, even though the aligment they made include driving and listening to the problem. Basically next day came back and agreed to do second wheel bearing. Another $267. And when started driving back home the same problem. I was so frustrated. Came back and told about it. They said, "its tire"(finally:)) and offered 2 tires for free because I spent around $700, ye good trade? Its ok. I contacted their customer service and write this review, just hoping that they will get more professional and people will be more educated when contacting them.

An OEM part needed to be ordered for my repair. I made an appointment for 3 days later. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was told the part had never been delivered by the dealership. After offering to give me a ride home to wait.....the technician made a special trip to Roseville Auto Mall (20min drive) to get my part. My car was repaired within 2-1/2hrs of my appointment time (which was only an hour, or so over the projected time for the repair.) I am VERY pleased with the auto service, as well as the customer service at this Firestone location. I WILL return in the future for any needs my car may have. THANK YOU for going above and beyond!

I brought my car to Firestone to have it inspected because my A/C was blowing hot air. Initially I was quoted 39.95 to have it tested for leaks. Later I was called and told that they did not detect any leaks, so it would cost $200 to fix. The next day my car was blowing hot air, so I had to take my car back. 1 hour later I was told that I had a leak in 2 hoses and it would cost an additional $1000 and I was to receive no credit for the $200 I paid the day before that did not fix my problem. It was a charge I had to pay because they guessed wrong on what was wrong with my A/C.
