First of all, I set an online appointment for 7:30am. I arrive 15 minutes early only to find out that the shop doesnt even open until 8am. This is extremely frustrating, as why would a business offer me an appointment time that does not exist? So off to a bad start. By the time the manager gets there at approximately 7:47am, I am already a little perturbed due to having to wait half an hour... He then asks what I am there for and I let him know that I had a 7:30am appointment to diagnose my air conditioning and exhaust. This information and extra details were provided on the online appointment that I had made. He seemed to be clueless and had no idea that I was even coming. He then asked if I was dropping off my car. I told him that I was there to wait for the diagnosis, as I had specified on the online appointment. He then told me that all of his bays were full and would not be able to get to my car for a while. I explained that I had planned to wait and why did they set me up for an appointment where I could wait for the car if it was not feasible? He finally gave in and then said he could start the AC diagnosis but could not do the exhaust till later. I said that would be okay. He then told me it was going to cost me approximately $90 for the AC diagnosis and another $45 for the exhaust. I told him that on the site, Meineke offers free diagnosis of both of these items and why would he be charging me. He just blew me off and said that is that way it is. I told him to forget it and left. I am so frustrated and upset with this experience that I would never recommend using this company for anything ever! Thank you for reading this. I hope that it helps deter you from using this site as your choice for an automotive facility.

They may be good in doing oil changes. But dont come here for AC diagnostics or repair a waste of time and money, expensive like loosing an arm and leg for rates. Owner/Manager should be calling customers for updates from the problems they find and yet left me blind sided for 2 working days I had to pull out my car they did not even call me. A courtesy call is a must for businesses. Should rate this place a zero Star...Greatly dont recommend this place. I even called to set up a day and time to return my car Owner/Manager ROBERT on the phone he is the person I was talking to. During my call he denied, that Robert was not there yet it was around 10:30 am that day. As if I dont know the person that I dealt with a week before I was there that was him, fluent in English but with a Hispanic accent. come-on !!!! who are you trying to fool. Please dont come here find other places at Watt Avenue. I found one.

This place is a JOKE...called yesterday about getting my brakes checked and the person my wife was speaking with said no one was available to do it that day. so made an appointment for the next day at 1:00 pm...took the car there brakes sqeaking and the whole nine just to find out no one was even there...doors locked, called and hear the phone ringing from outside the business drive around back and no cars was present, looked at business hours and didnt say anything about being on lunch...waited there for some one to hopefully pop up....no luck... So went back home and tried calling, guess what? No answer. Shoukdve read the reviews before attempting to do business with this place. What a waste of my time that i can never get back. This place is a Joke... Way to go Meineke...

I will NEVER go to this place and neither should ANYONE else who appreciates the sacrifices our veterans and their families make for our country. Meineke Corporation has said in honor of our Veterans, we will offer a FREE oil change on Veterans day to all Veterans. I just called to setup an appointment and I was told that this LOCATION IS NOT PARTICIPATING in that offer. LETs BOYCOTT THIS MEINEKE and let them understand that FREEDOM is not FREE and their are Americans who appreciate and support our VETERANS. I will never patronage Meineke North Highlands and encourage all others to do the same. Thank you. Please send copies to meineke corporate as well. I am sure they would be interested in Franchisees taking this position on corporate stances.

We have been doing business with this Car Care Center since 2005. We have recommended this shop to many people who have had their vehicles repaired and serviced too! They really appreciate Robert the manager like we do, hes honest and goes the extra mile for his customers. We just got our pick up repaired and Robert has kept our old 1998 Ford Ranger running for all these years and its still in good shape. Robert and the staff at mieneke have been doing my oil changes since 2012. Ive also had other work performed at this location, including rotor resurfacing and brake work. And have been highly satisfied. Theyve always made sure that my vehicles are running in tip top shape. Friendly staff and properly done work , no other place I would prefer to get work done at.

Absolutely best service ever. Only been taking my expedition to get oil changes there...had an unexpected break down and they were open on saturday and got me back running in the same day. Honest...readonably priced. Wont take my truck any where else. THANK YOU!
