I would liked to have based this review on giving this establishment some of my business, but sadly, horrible customer service/attitude prevented me from getting even that far. So I was cleaning out my garage, and decided to finally bring in all the used oil and 3 old batteries I had accumulated up over the past few years. I called the store ahead to make sure that they had capacity in their tanks for me to bring in my oil. The young employee verified that they did. So I load it all up in car, drove over, and then rolled it all in on my rolling wagon. The old oil was distributed among a few *partially filled* large containers, and several also *partially filled* quart-sized containers. An older employee (manager?) stops me before I can even make it past the registers, "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!" and proceeds to tell me he doesnt have the capacity to take the oil OR the batteries! (How do you not have "capacity" to take 3 batteries?) I try to explain that most of the oil containers arent even full (and even if they were, they wouldnt even add up to 5 gallons), but he is not having any of it -- I can barely get a word in edgewise. He then starts to attribute it to "the law" (huh?). Finally, frustrated, I announce that this will be the last time I visit this store. He then smugly proclaims that he "reserve[s] the final right to refuse service." Yeah, true. And I reserve the final right to discontinue patronizing this atrocious example of customer service! Epilogue: I get back in the car and call up the OReilly down the street. I ask them if they have capacity in their tank for about 4 gallons. They say "sure!" I drive the 3 minutes to the store, roll the wagon in again, and they happily process the oil. I also inquire about recycling the batteries, to which they inform me that they will give me $10 in store credit for each battery. What a pleasant surprise -- I just wanted to get these batteries out of my garage! So they give me $30 in store credit, which I promptly redeem toward an $80 purchase of new motor oil -- which will certainly NOT be recycled at Autozone in the future!

I dont like or often leave negative reviews but after experiencing Tim, I felt I should. I was looking for new bulbs for the interior of my car and how I was looking for a specific model and instead of just saying oh we dont carry them he talked down to me and told me his database is more knowledgeable than anything online. His tone was absolutely rude but at least he did it with a smile. The only reason I still have three stars is he day prior I had a very kind and helpful employee. He was big into disk golf and knowledgeable on what I was looking for.
