Had a pleasant experience at 24, until I asked the front desk to cancel my plan, as I was returning to school (free gym). Of course, after being guaranteed that "once the manager returned in a few hours," my request would be fulfilled. A week passes, and I was actually working out at the 24 hour in Santa Rosa, when curiously I asked a representative about my plan. Low and behold, no one actually went about cancelling my membership at Rohnert Park. Luckily, the representatives at the Santa Rosa gym are trained in the art of pressing the "cancel" button. It took the kind man at Santa Rosa maybe 5 seconds to cancel, and print me a receipt. This is irritating. I carefully maintain my balance in my bank as to never overcharge my account, sending a sizeable portion of my paycheck to my savings. I knew the exact day to cancel my contract as to not get charged for another month. Low and behold, I overcharged my account 95 dollars (two accounts under my name). Oh yeah, it was also pretty cool as I was embarrassingly returned my credit card in the middle of paying for a dinner due to insufficient funds. Hm. If your front desk assistants at Rohnert Park can only hand out towels and gym equipment, or maybe sell you a protein bar or Gatorade, and cannot/will not go about dealing with membership issues, there is probably a problem with how you are conducting your business. Unless it was intentional?

I just had the worst experience in the Kids Club today, I was a guest, interested in joining the gym from one of my coworkers who raves about the club. I took my son along because if he likes it then so will I. I had two issues that came up for me as an in the facility, the TV was on the whole time my son was there which was for 1 1/2 and I quote one of the staff said "we have a child who is developmentally disabled and its good for her to just sit and watch it" and that same child later on had an accident. I noticed as I walked in to pick up my son, that there was this foul oder, I asked the attendant what had happened and she stated " oh a child had an accident, and we separated the children from the area, and waited till her dad picked her up, Im going to clean it up in a bit." How LONG has the child been sitting in her own URINE. For a facility that has many members the Kids Club needs to have the children in mind, activities that stimulate not only physical but social and emotional development would benefit the children and the club. TV and movies do NOT, and there are articles and news reports to back me up. I just think the club could do so much more for its brand name.

This "Super Sport" location is overall a winner: clean and well-kept, the amenities one expects from a Super Sport, and equipment that is maintained. Its convenient to/from the freeway (Im coming from Santa Rosa) with plenty of parking. Im usually just here for weights and machines, but I like that they have a True Stretch and I use it before working out some of the time. Theyre well stocked on free weights and have a functional training area with extra equipment that is a quieter spot for working out. The clubs proximity to Sonoma State makes for a younger crowd. This is my favorite location in Sonoma County.

Worst customer service. They try conning you into signing up for monthly contract, then when you try canceling theres excuses like "come back another day, you have to do it when the manager is in" or they dont pick up the customer service line. And in person, at the Rohnert Park 24 hour the customer service is -1 star. Theyre super rude and not helpful. I suggest literally any other gym but this one. $45 a month is not worth it.

fairly clean. equipment well maintained. piped in music is way too loud and intrusive. most people have their own tunes but have to put up with techno or disco. very loud music ruins the workout. staff appears not to care. i have recommended family n friends to go elsewhere. thinking about leaving.

Clean, lots of equipment, variety of ways to keep yourself fit, could not be any more convenient! Friendly staff, looks like they have quite a few trainers about. All walks of life and ages, happy to see people like me in my 50s doing what I am doing there, motivated to get in shape.

Gym was great at first, then fell off the planet, dirty, unfriendly trainers. Unless you are paying for training there not going to engage with you. Overall, terrible front desk customer service. Had to deal with a total rude arrogant tool manager, ended up quitting on the spot.

Great staff who are always up beat and happy, nicest gym Ive been to with a lot of variety of equipment, areas are clean and towel service is a lovely aspect which I much appreciate. Monthly cost is well worth it! I highly recommend Rohnert Park to all my friends and family.

Ive been to many 24HF and this is the best! I have ever found Brand new, sparkling clean, great locker rooms. excellent friendly staff and an incredible outdoor pool with chaise lounges, sunbathing, etc I love going there! This place could make you become a true gym rat!

Only complaint...There is NO WIFI....Wich doesnt make any sence? Considering how much I pay for my membership and this is one of the biggest chains in the gym game someone PLEASE do something about this. We just want to listen to our music thank you.

filthy bathrooms and weight room, cardio equipment covered with sweat, overcrowded. Ive been a member for several years and I totally hate this club. Sanra Rosa lication is even worst. Not worth your money

It is the worse GYM I have ever seen, poor management stupet, undisciplined, untrained employees. Wish i never enrolled in this GYM. To date they have overcharged me twice, Greedy owner shity management.

Love the club. Dont like the fact that the womens locker room swimsuit wringer outer has been down for maintenance for over 6 months! Once that is fixed I would rate it 5 stars!
