The work out facilities are ok, but the locker rooms and showers are sub par. I cannot believe a place that claims to be as nice and exclusive as West End does has shower facilities this bad (I can only speak of the womens locker room). Even first thing in the morning, there are gobs of hair stuck under the mats, and unpleasant smell coming from the showers, and a general feeling of damp uncleanliness. It is also a very small space, with limited available daily lockers and too few showers.

I so enjoy coming here to get my workout in! Friendly staff throughout the facility. Great equipment to workout on. Lots of available daily lockers most of the time. Can be a bit tricky during the summer when summer camp is in session. Just be mindful of the times they are in the locker room and avoid the rush.

My family and I have been members for 20 years at Westend and Southend. All the Staff are so friendly and helpful. We have had lessons with all the Pros, since my children were 4 and 5 years old. Now they play tennis and love to play.
