This is one of the most professional companies that I encountered for a long time. Every person that I spoke to was very knowledgeable of their tasks. The move was "super-fast". They say that you have to tie things down in the pod so they dont become a mess. I used only one tie down in the middle of the pod and I put on top of my stuff a box with christmas tree decorations. That box moved maybe 5 inches. This proved me that they were extremely nice to the pod. Having the opportunity to speak to a live person immediately when you call it is absolutely nice. Something happened to my schedule. I was able to speak to them, they understood my problem and they worked stuff up at my convenience. This was extremely helpful for me. Not only that I would use it again, but I started telling about it to all my friends. And guess what... I found other people that use this company for years at multiple moves and they are very happy with it! Good luck with your move! Ahhh... the price... the best ever! You will see with your own eyes!!!

From the very first phone call, to the cube dropped off in my driveway after a countrywide traverse, this company was excellent in all areas: customer service, website tracking, price, on time delivery, etc. As moving treasured possessions is a stressful situation, U-Pack and ABF exceeded my expectations. Relocube was delivered on schedule to the residence we were moving from and picked up on time as well. The communication process was excellent at all points. The contained was delivered to the final destination as soon as I called to say I was ready. Everything inside was in good shape. The entire experience was excellent.

I had the displeasure of working with this local office and they seem to generally not care to help you. Dispatch is horrible, customer service is horrible, communication is poor and minimal. AVOID THIS TERMINAL!!!
