The facility is clean and top-notch in every way and Jo is amazing! Simple as that. Ive never had a better customer service experience. I would have never stopped renting a storage unit from here had it not been for no longer needing one to store stuff. Our situation was short term. However, if I ever need one again, I wont go anywhere else. The property and staff are fantastic and worth every penny. Jo is on top of all thats going on and runs an amazing facility. 5 stars isnt enough and its worth the price.

Staff are very helpful, always a pleasure to talk to, and keep really good tabs on the property. I always felt secure knowing Jo and her staff were on top of the comings and goings at the facility, and she knows who comes when, and who has what cars, so shes really able to tell if anything is amiss. I had a larger unit, and it was easy to get into the facility even with a 16 truck and there was plenty of room to load and unload in the facility.

The staff there was extremely helpful and generous to us. Their office has a nice aroma to it. They have a water machine which I thought it was a nice gesture since it is hot around the summer time. Additionally, one of the workers named Jo gave us a tour of the storage unit and a friendly gesture of offering water. I would definitely recommend this storage.

Hector the on site manager is very helpful. I used their truck to move my 85 yr old mother out of her apartment. Just paid for the gas. They are an accomidating clean facility. I couldnt ask for more..
